Aug 08 is the farthest it would go which is Aug 08, 2009 . For the record as of November VB they say it would be 4-6 weeks , which happens to be true and the pace goes till January, So if they're sayin 1-2 month it would be somewhere in between , i wish . My wife PD is July 24, 2009...can't wait to pick them up in manila . I'll be the happiest most fullfield DAD in the WORLD

guys i just came to say goodbye everybody helped me supported me at a time i was hopeless,i just came to say thank you every one prayed for me and wished me best luck,your prayers been answered and i got my visa yesterday and it was so easy interview .. i want to thank you so much and thank my lord over all ..wishing for you the best luck and easy calm short waiting time, i feel a little bit sad for leaving my family ,my mom dad sister brothers and m friends but i cant stay away from my husband anymore time actually so that;s life's rules ..

I think maybe you must wait, at least 3 days to get the visa.

Day by day, i don't know how does NVC work. When i saw the list at "F2A watch list", Pd's is 03 June 2009 has gotten interview day, i'm so happy because my Pd's is 28 June 2009. But now, i'm so worry because i have a friend, her pd's is 17 May 2009, but she hasn't gotten interview day untill now ( we are from VietNam)

It will come , maybe the US consulate in Vietnam has a lot of pending cases , probably once the tide subsides they may send interview letters out, once your case becomes current theres no way you can't receive it not unless you change address , hope it helps keep the faith my friend my pd date is July 24 2009

Last year when retrogression hit right on your head did your common sense worked or lost! Did u expected retrogression? Forget about "common" i dont find any sense at all. If you try your common sense on visa bulletin movement you are lost buddy. Its proven fact that VB is unpredictable. So try to adapt your thoughts on those lines. okie

For the past 4 months i have never heard anyone who got transfered their file to embassy without interview shedule but it happened in my case, and kishores case supported that fact when i posted it. so its quite natural to think a chance of retrogression, as we all saw last month it slowed down again to just one month. I'm not here to argue with you my friend just to make clear what i posted.

Receieved letter from NVC that our case has been transferred to embassy but without interview schedule.

After almost 3 years of wait still trying to figure out how this immigration system functions.

1.Is this the standard procedure within the system to inform the petioner that case has been transfered before interview .

2.Is this the precursor of another unseen retrogression.

3.Is this politricks to control the influx of immigrants in a polite way.

4.Is this gods never ending curse on F2A couples.

Lately, Suffering from insomnia and anorexia ! Don’t understand y they sent letter without interview schedule. Anyway advance X’mas n New year wishes. Catch up with yoall soon.

its shocking news.......and yes this month they are issueing less visas in compairision with past months....really something is gonna be strange in near future bcaz when they advanced only 1 month in the last month, i thought there was something wrong with DOS and now it is proving that something is going to happen that will hurt not only f2a but all the categories....

Well, it's only been 11 working days since their interview. Plus, the embassy was inactive during the typhoon, i think for 2-3 days. And, if your Mom had to send in an NBI document, meaning she got a 221g (I'll assume), ...I think your looking at several more weeks before her Visa is issued.

If your father had no problems, no 221G, then he should receive his visa soon.

You can contact the embassy either by phone or via email. The contact numbers and email adds are on their website.

it takes a while kabayan, mine was cenomar it took me 1 month before they issue the visa thru delbros. May procedures yan . You can call them anytime US embassy manila website , relax lang ok na yan

I have been mentioning about meeting in person or some sort of action that makes an impact. Emails do not work. We shud do something creative if we want things to move in the right direction.

you know what you can do!!! WAIT!!!! desperate move for desperate people , email will just be kept unread or trashed..any sorts of action well, are just all BS and illusions .C'mon guys just wait and pray . There are a lot of problems and issues that these gov't is going through right now. WAIT !! WAIT and be patient and most of all TRUST GOD!!!

Guys!! I just believed that you wont have to wait for 4 years like I did 3.5 years. I seen that VB already gave you an estimate of prediction for next 2 VB, which is really good news.May be it will move slowly. As i also believe even if your case is current now, NVC wont issue an interview letter because of how busy your consulate offices are. I am assuiming that after 2 months later when overseas embassy have enough open slot for F2A, it will move 3-4 month as per VB.

AS LAW doesn't promises that given out of full qoata of 88000, but it prevent not to exceeded.

So Just be patience!!!

There's no one who can say that you will/will not be placed in AP.. This is done usually after Approval. Also since you will now submit new evidence they are likely to have a review period.

need not to worry , you just have to submit the documents. Back 2009 when i was interviewed at Manila. The consul also gave me blue paper and some more documents needed it took me 2 weeks to submit ,then after 1 week i got my visa through courier. What happen to you was AP so thats it just comply it all depends on you the longer for you to secure documents the longer you wait.

Guys, I was wondering if after a year has passed and no interview has been scheduled if one would have to provide a new AoS. Mom called NVC yesterday and they said no but I'm still skeptical.

once your case (pd) becomes current again and they schedule you for an interview . You need to provide new tax returns as well as the paper works for AOS to make it updated , otherwise they would put your case on hold thru AP ( application pending) until you provide them an updated one. Less hustle ,right so your on the right track

As per your previouse post, you mention that NVC sent you checklist that your previouse submitted I-864 will make decision on your consulate interview time. So if you want to beat the poverty guideline for your future interview, then you have to fill up new I-864 with new tax transcript where shows that you have enough income for supporting your spouse so he/she cannot get public charge in the future.

In I-864 is demanding your present income not previouse income. If you showed that you have lost your job, that means your present income level is 0. in that case you need to find co-sponser.

The best bet for you, Just wait for the interview schedule and will have enough time for you to figure out what you need to do so.

just to support miami boy's claim , you need a joint sponsor , otherwise it may result to denial ,,plus the domicile factor you need to prove to the consul that you've spent enough time here in US. Dont fall behind poverty line...find a joint sponsor a family member will do .
