  1. Hi Eddymvp,

Yes kind of lost patience but following this thread 10 times everyday.

Have no update from my side so didn't wanted to post negative message and upset others.

Case was completed in Nov 2010 and since then waiting waiting.... last bulletin myself and Mr. Blu just missed by 2 days so eagerly waiting for this one.

Like me MR. Blu's PD also 24July09 so also following him.

Hopes to receive NVC email in first week of march as per NVC operator.

Best luck all ...... lets spread positivity.....

    Cheers h

Homer4all !!!THE MOST RESILIENCE guy here in Visa Journey, buddy can't focus with my work rolling over the internet every 30 minutes hoping someone will have interview,, just a couple of hours from now lets storm NVC with calls. They kept on saying March 1st ,,,ok ppl let's get it on!!!!:thumbs:

  2. hi guys , i wish next visa bulletin bring to you good news .

my interview date will be on Mars 06 ,and i just check a copy of my DS-230 , and find out that my place of birth and place of birth of my mother and father are wrong :help:

i am very afraid , please tell me what can i do ?

do i need to fill another form DS-230 for my interview ???

wow that's a tough one! , i dont know if the consul will notice it, but as long as you have your original birth certificate you'll be fine .

  3. it's F**** painful, I'm tired of this sh*t..

aren't anyone here bothered ,,, the last few months February and March VB they sent out interview schedules on the 27th of each month,,how come anyone of us haven't receive anything yet??? is this a sign that this month might freeze the PD ,,,,man im trying my best to be patient but ,,man im getting nervous ..and i hate it!!!!!

  4. that is true. I actually call them the operator told me that their system is still showing old dates she told me call back march first they will gets updated at that time.

There will be a movement for this coming months at least 5 or 6 weeks

check with March VB thread they started sending out email's on Jan 26 , so pretty much you have a pattern on how things would be moving, just the same they might start late today , tomorrow , no were not stress out ,,its more on excitement :)

  5. Hmm Thanks mate.

Ricardo's opinion was right don't stress urself , unborn or born child is the petitioner derivative , picture this I had a friend during the interview the consul find out that she has a child which she didn't declare with the I130 , the consul refuses to give visa and they are ask to file an updated I130 that include their child and other doc, after a while like a month or 2 visa were given , my point is if is your child and within the premise of law no need to worry !!! Be happy coz were getting close ... We're almost there!!

  6. Lawful Permanent Residents who stay outside of the U.S. for 6 months or more at a time are risking losing their I-551 Green Card (Lawful Permanent Residence) to airport immigration officials when they try to re-enter America. One way to help prevent the loss of Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) status due to an extended trip abroad (whether it is for 6-12 months or for longer than 12 months) is to apply an getting a special two year I-131 ”Re-Entry Permit” before leaving the U.S.A .Do not allow them to leave the USA before getting the Re-entry permit in their hands.Without an approved Re-Entry Permit, green card holders are required to spend at least the majority of the year in the USA to keep their green card.

    Absolutely true !!!

  7. Guys I have one question , my husband green card validity expired in October 2011 and he applied for the new green card,he paid the required fees and went for finger print, they told him that he will receive the new green card via mail but after 4 months he still haven't received his new G/C, they have extended his G/C for more six months but no news of receiving the new one! do you have any experience that how long it will take to send the new G/C with new validity?

my PD is Oct 2009 and my concern is that I think I have to show my husband's new validity permanent card at the time of interview, what if he doesn't receive it by then?!!

    Can you help me???

Hi Kiarash, you will be current soon  where is your interview?

For my understanding your petitioner visa is immaterial since its already renewed , you focus with your documents like AOS, latest tax return and other requirements , the consul upon interview will not demand in any ways your petitioner GC , hope it helps
