Neo, they already put the upcoming visa bulletin for May 2012 and its on stand by mode . You can find it on visa bulletin page. I mean its getting close and it will be updated pretty soon

Probably a change in protocol...

what you got from email was the P4 or pocket 4 , check the instruction . Selsct your country of Origin and there you'll find medical affiliation of US Consular office in your country. Just follow instructions and your good.

We paid the IV fee and the AOS. But as checked on the internet, it says expired :| I'm soo sad. Nvc operator asked me if i want to continue my case ' i said yes and the operator told me that she will mail me those documents needed 3-5 days. (

hi guys , i had my interview today morning , the consular officer told me every thing is OK , but we need to do some administrative processing.

she said : we will call you .

and he gave me my passport back , does that mean my visa is denied ???

or what ???

I came here through f2b filed by my mom last 1997 it took 11 yrs before my Pd become current .. 6 yr is better than 11 yrs make sense just be thankful you have a chance to migrate here and be thankful that you have a sister who filed a petition for you!!!

dude , same here i got my wife sked @ April 27,,,then you get your visa after what??? 2 weeks , above all Glory to God ...i can have my family in 3 months im so HAPPY !!!!

Congratulation to all those people who got their interview letter. . Mine daughter Pd is 27 July 2009 and am still w8ing 4 interview letter.What can i do now . am very much upset about this situation. as i can see that there r so many person whose Pd is Sep and Oct and they got their interview letter.But why NVC dont tell us our interview date why they again and again say repeated things that w8 4 your PD to become current.

Keep on callin NVC !!! Just wait

Hope they won't get overwhelmed again !!!
