To many we are cases, that's it. I don't blame the workers entirely since they see hundreds of cases a week and have to remain skeptical at all steps. As to how many others have to wait so long to be with their loved ones? The military deployed overseas. They really have it tough.

I would listen to pshbrk...expedites are based on the reason and circumstances for the request. Many on this site are financially strained due to having a loved one not near them. However, wasting time and energy being upset at an attorney is just that...wasted time and energy. There will be much more time for that at a later date if it's warranted then. Good luck.

The Tea Party is more about taking back the Republican Party than having their own party. I am conservative and long for the Republicans to start being conservative again. (I tend to lean more libertarian than republican) This election is a warning shot over the bow of the GOP...give us back our party. If the GOP fails this time then they will see even more tea party candidates coming for them.
The article made me chuckle, how the dimwits of the NYT ed board pulls a sentence here and there to justify their wish for the tea party to be gone.
Fact is the dems will lose big on Tuesday and the NYT can't stand it.

greatest post I read all night. I sat on a criminal jury one time...was the only ####### voting not guilty because it seemed everyone was in a hurry and I truly did not believe "beyond a reasonable" doubt the gentleman was guilty. Result: Hung jury and the prosecutor refused to re-try the case.

From his timeline he apparently became a citizen in June of this year so he was not a citizen at the time his kids were born. Sounds like the kiddos will have to physically live with him for three years to become citizens.
