50-90% was the predicted success rate to get the inadmissible restriction lifted. Hers was a lesser infraction 8 years ago on a tourist visa, not an immigrant visa so in theory they'll be a bit more forgiving of it. We have a good ($$$$) lawyer that is on the case....another year is realistic, IF everything goes well.
