Did you receive the entire package that you sent to USCIS?? I mean when you receive the packets?

I also dont have a Police Clearance from Singapore bcoz they no longer issue to non-Singaporeans. I have a letter from Singapore CID to prove it. One big problem now, my petitioner haven't receive the packets yet. Im so stressed out about it. You received also the entire package from USCIS right?

Hi Mae! Im going fo rmedical also next week. I dont have certificate of singleness, besides in the instructions they just say If you were married previously, obtain one certified copy of your divorce or death certificate to prove the dissolution of each such prior marriage. I will give my reason that they didnt state if you are single to provide CENOMAR.

Im quite worried too about the I-134 bcoz my fiance is under Social Security Disability Insurance now bcoz of his heart disease and he has one partially dependent who receives some support due to his disability. I have read once that it is acceptable income for I-134. He's been working for 30 yrs, owned a franchise for 10 yrs but he stopped just last 2009.

I emailed the USE a week ago and it was then the time they emailed me the K1 visa instructions. I dont have certificate of singleness. Do you have one? Happy New Year! My first petition was denied bcoz we did not meet in person and there's no excuse on that one. I even have a medical statement to the waive the meeting. Ohh yes, it's really stressful. Where is your interview? My interview date is set now but my petitioner havent received the packets yet.

I actually emailed them last sunday and they emailed me back. They told me the interview date along with instructions for K1 visa.

I emailed the embassy last sunday and I got reply just yesterday that my interview will be on 18th of January. I was not able to contact them through phone. Please tell me about yours. Hello Mae!The embassy sent the packets to my petitioner last Dec. 8 and I wonder why he haven't receive it yet? I also wonder why they sent it to my fiance and not to me. Got a reply from embassy and my interview will be on January 18, 2011

I emailed the embassy about the interview and no reply yet. Do you have CENOMAR already? I still have to go to embassy for statutory of single status.
