    About the P3 & 4, My petitioner received a letter stating that the NVC will forward the petition to USE AD within last week. And it clearly says that the embassy will send me (not to petitioner) the packets very soon. Maybe they change he arrangement this time. I hope so! Let's see what happens.. :) Have a great evening!

      Hi there!! We are almost on the same timeline. I'm also here in UAE. We got a letter from the mail that NVC received our packaged. My question is that, will the Packet 3 and 4 will be sent to us(the beneficiary)?or to the petitioner? I asked that because I've seen Shahsu's case it was sent to her and not to her fiancee who is here in Dubai.

    Hi JSVP08! My fiance just received a letter from DOS lastnight that says they will forward the documents to USE AD within a week. Yay! :) Just excited to let you know. hehe

    Hello Shinybell! Im just excited to tell you that my fiance received the letter from DOS stating that they will forward my P3&4 to USE AD within a week. So it means my situation is a little different from you. I hope it will be faster. Cant wait to end all this waiting game. :) Takecare and thank you for the replies. Godbless you!

    So I decided to just go to Dubai Police Head Quarters to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate. I didnt go to the embassy for I dont want to waste money on taxi for i didnt get a good information. I will go back in a week to take my PCC and to make sure I have all the informations on where to ask for Fingerprinting form. I still have to send it in Philippines to apply for NBI clearance.

    Hello Vine! How are you? I hope everything is well with you. Im confused. I went to Philippine Gen. Consulate and asked for Finger Printing Form and they said they don't have this kind of form. They didnt even suggest to go to Philippine Embassy and I asked for the tel. no. of embassy but they dont have. I dont know what to say. :( I asked the Information but no information. :(

    Are they strict in terms of affidavit of support? My fiance is on Social Security Disability insurance and he has part time jobs at his family's restaurants. SSDI is counted as income in affidavit of support and his income is above poverty level.

    Hello Shinybell! I would like to ask if you received the packet 3 & 4 from USE Abu Dhabi? My petition was approved last Nov. 17 and I'm sure it is at NVC now.( I have to call NVC on monday) I am just anxious to receive the packet 3 & 4 now. :)

    Hi Setefanni! We are planning to call the NVC on monday. We didn't hear any other infos. after receiving the NOA 2 in the mail. Can't wait to end all this waiting! Ohh don't be nervous. It will be Ok. During the interview just show them that you are confident with your relationship. Yes we only met in person just once. Goodluck and God bless to all of us! :)
