No not yet, i fly back 7th Feb so I still have a month here, but im hoping my packet 3 and me arrive about the same time at my house lol I called NVC last night and they had not recieved it yet so I will try again tonight. Also, London is about a 10 week wait on interview I think currently so I think your trip in Feb will be fine, just closer to the time u can send ur paperwork into the embassy and then wait for interview ( of which your trip will probs fall in that waiting time)

So having just received my NOA2 - after 5 and half months - we have finally moved on to the next steps but now I am feeling a little lost! And looking for advice to make sure im doing everything correctly.

The approval came on the 30th online ( still waiting for hard copy ) i called NVC last night and they have not yet recieved it, i will try again tonight. Is this about right? Say baout a week to get to NVC?

Secondly, I will wait for packet 3 to fill in the forms to send back to embassy along with the form syaing im ready for interview. I will get Matt ( petitioner) to fill in the I134 along with all the other stuff to support it before I go home ( I am visiting at the moment). Am i right in saying this will be - last 3 years of tax returns, pay stubs, letter from employer, and bank statement?

Then I have my BC (full), police cert, still need to get american photos, and is there anything else other than proof of relationship/photos??

Good for you hun, well we have just got the NOA2, i called NVC to see if they have it yet, they dont, so waiting begins again I guess Hopefully things will move a little quicker now! PM me so we can talk NY!

I'm kind of regretting booking my trip to NY for February 10th - February 26th.

Nylon, that was my plan but i was told by the emabassy that only if they can see if you have concrete wedding plans will they *** sometimes** try and fit you in!!!

Sounds about right, but i dont know how they can be under the impression u are still within time frame!!!

Rach called again tonight.. they put in another service request so i can expect another generic mail stating "you are within your timeframe, we are dealing with july 10th filers....etc"

We are at 6 months this saturday.. way to go vermont!!

Yes just as I was ranting on here, i logged on to my email and there sat an email saying case number blah blah blah has been approved. I am so happy but still very disheartned with USCis they do provide no service what so ever. Have u emailed them? x

I am a July 17th VSC filer and still nothing. We have called several times, got soooooo many different answers. Basically, each time, go away, go away and go away. We have contacted congressman buthe is juts as useless and we now feel so disheartened with the whole thing that we have come to our wits end.

All this be optimistic, its coming is useless too, maybe i could take that on board at 3-4 months but now its like ive been fu**ing patient, ive paid my dues, weve waited our alloted time. This is so frustrating

I have officially lost all faith - 5 month mark today and no NOA2. I can see a few more people are still waiting. We called and they toldus to call back after christmas as they didnt know when they would approve it.

Is anyone else feeling this utter feeling of uselessness and anger?? 5 shitty months to look at a petition and they cant even do that.....

I spoke to the immigration rep at my congressmans office and she says when its 60 days over i should call her and she will make an iquiry. Kinda pointless to get upset i guess. She says that you cant hold them to a date even if the website says 5 months.

Then why give the 5 month quota - its just so silly!! The whole process is so backward!!!

wondered where you had gone. My 5 months were up on the 8th and I feel lost. Called uscis several times, called senator. Different excuses everytime. Whole thing is a joke..

Yep same thing for me, the whole thing is a joke. Totally fed up of the whole thing and feel so annoyed......was just told to go away basically and call back after the holidays

I appreciate you are trying to be positive but where are you getting these stats from.. If its Visa Journey they aint even close to precise. This is just working off of peoples predicted timelines. My 5 months was up on December 8th and we've called a few times since. We've been given a different answer as to how long its going to take each time, the last being that we should be prepared to wait another 60 days!! Im seriously going nuts here!!
