Dumb question but I just filed my I-130 petition. Is there a March Filers for the USCIS portion? Or I just wait until I get my NOA2? When do I get to be a NVC filer?

I'm sure there's a USCIS March filer thread. Just look around in the IR-1/CR-1 forum. And you can follow the March NVC thread to gather knowledge and such, but you really get to be with it once you hit NVC, which should be in about 5 months.

No, you do it after your case has left NVC. For the fiance visa, you have to send forms to the consulate/embassy, but in your case, it'd be completed online.

If your green card is in your married name and your passport is in your maiden name, just bring your marriage certificate. Simple as that And it's only a 2 year condition on the green card. That's why you apply for ROC two years after POE (90 days within your expiration on your green card).

Thanks! A lot happened this week: check cashed, NOA received, and biometrics letter received. Once I get my biometrics done though, then all activity will pretty much go to a stand still until they review my package, lol. Good luck on your ROC process once you send it in

How did you go about getting this approval? I have been told by some people here that CitiBank and American Express take into account previous membership. I have both and am hoping that it'll help! Any advice on things to do prior to entry that may help would be great!
