did your mom waited full 8 weeks? and when did she call for visa interview?

today is my dad's interview and hoping everything will be ok.

unfortunately my mom is delayed for 2 months. she did the sputum test and the result is negative but still needs to wait. her vaccine schedule is on Oct 31. 

@Cherry & Mama i received an email. there is a link provided on how to prepare for visa interview. you can also find it at the nvc website.

@Lane O congratulation!!! hope my parents wont encounter any problems with the medical and the interview will go smoothly. im hoping they would be here by october.

that’s a great news! 3 weeks might be the current wait time but you might get “case complete” earlier than that, just keep calling NVC. They received my documents 5/7, case complete 5/17. i got an email for interview schedule 5/31. hopefully you will get yours at the end of this month. 

 

do you mind sharing how did you do your timeline? i couldn’t figure out how to do it on mine

@davendale im hoping to get an update next week for the 10th day =) 

about the timeline... there was an option before here that you can create it. i cant figure it now. im planning to change it with the current immigration journey so others can see the update but i cant figure where is it now and how to edit it.

as for me i called nvc and they said they received my documents last july 16. and said to wait upto 3 weeks... im hoping everything ok and will have my parents interview schedule by the. how many weeks did it take for you after submitting all your required documents

hi everyone!!! i would like to ask what is the next step after doing the ds260? i already fill up the ds260 form for both my parents. 

do i need to wait for anything before sending the documents?

my parents case number are link up. i only pay 1 aos fee for both case. (under my mother case number) do i have to attach same aos confirmation for both case? or i should only put the aos confirmation in my moms for and non for my dad?

im petitioning both my parents... and only did pay 1 aos under my mothers case number. im doing the aos package and ds260 package... is it ok to only attach the aos coversheet to my moms aos package and no aos coversheet for my dad?

2.) HOW MANY TAX TRANSCRIPT DID YOU ATTACHED IN YOUR I864/I864A? I ONLY HAVE THE RECENT ONE. BUT F I NEED TO SUBMIT THE MOST 3 CURRENT YEAR IM GOING ON MONDAY AT IRS TO REQUEST A TAX TRANSCRIPT.

update:

i called nvc yesterday to link both cases together, because it still showing not paid for my dad's aos.

today i received an email from nvc for the the IV invoice of my dad. and i tried to click the pay now and it allows me to proceed. but the AOS is still showing not PAID.  (my moms show PAID already and already got he invoice)

I just want to make sure everythings ok... i dont know if i should proceed in the IV fee payment or should wait till the AOS of my dad showed PAID.

hi everyone... i just check and i can already pay for the aos. im petitioning both my parents. someone told me here that im only going to pay 1 aos for both case. anyone know which case# will i use? im confuse 😅 ... i tried reading and read that (its only applicable for spouse or children). thank you...

i havent received any email yet. the cs just give me the invoce ID and the case number. trying to do the ds-261 last night but still cant.
