Post #15 made some good points as well, some of these ppl working at these places made a choice either to drop out of school or hanging out with wrong crowd which lead them to here.

You misunderstood. I have empathy but, if you didn't finish high school or came to the U.S. with no skills and decide to have a family with 3 or 4 children, is that really wise? There are many, many people that worked at McDonalds as teens and young adults and went on to do other jobs, even own a McDonalds. Is it the bussiness' responsibility, or society for that matter, for my poor decision making? Success is only what you make of it and if you insist that it is someone else's fault and they should take care of you as well, you'll probably get what you deserve.
And, why can't other people work hard, advance themselves, make a better life? I think that most immigrants come to the U.S. to better their position in life and most do very well. And touche on the name calling, why have an intelligent debate when you can make it personal.

As per article " Army has just announced that it is buying nearly 600,000 high capacity AK-47 Kalashnikov rifle magazines." why would US Army buy stuff that they don't even use.
It does raise a question as why they are buying and who is paying?

He violates the rules, illegal crossing the border, illegally staying in the country, illegally working and now he wants the rules to be bent so he can practice law…. really.
He cannot even claim he did not know the law and he was present in the country illegally.

Obama: Assault weapon industry's No. 1 customer, buys 600,000 AK-47 magazines
By PAUL BEDARD | AUGUST 22, 2013 AT 3:20 PM 21CommentsShare on print Share on email 78 Topics: Washington Secrets Gun Control Barack Obama Government Army Afghanistan AK-47 magazine. There he goes again. President Obama's anti-gun administration, which recently pushed legislation banning assault weapons and large ammo magazines, is proving again that it is the industry's No. 1 customer.
On the heels of major purchases of AR-15-styled weapons for agencies like the IRS and millions of bullets used by assault-weapons and similar semi-automatic arms owned by federal forces, the Army has just announced that it is buying nearly 600,000 high capacity AK-47 Kalashnikov rifle magazines.
The gun is popular among collectors and target shooters, and was the weapon of choice used by this week's Georgia school shooter. But while fans of the gun help keep small weapon accessory companies in business, the Army's purchase is a major boost for an industry the president and his grassroots campaign, Organizing for Action, has spent the summer attacking.
It's just one purchase in a string of AK-47 equipment buys from the Feds.
Army officials told Secrets that the 30-round magazines, which would be banned under Obama's gun control proposals, are going to Afghanistan. But unlike the Pentagon's controversial purchase of Russian helicopters for Afghan special forces, the Soviet-Russian-styled AK-47 magazines are likely to be purchased from an American firm.
They can cost about $20 each, but can be found online in bulk for about $8, putting the value at $4.7 million to about $10 million.
The bid was put out by the the U.S. Army Contracting Command in Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. They are specifically seeking: "592,825 (approx) AK Rifle Magazines: 7.62x39mm caliber, new production, steel, 30 round capacity."
An Army official said that the purchase is being conducted by Foreign Military Sales program. "Each sale of equipment to overseas customers comprises the same 'total package' of quality materiel, facilities, spare parts, training, publications, technical documentation, maintenance support and other services that Army Materiel Command provides to U.S. Army units," said the Army.
The AK-47 is the old Soviet standard issue weapon and it is not used by American forces. It is commonly used in Afghanistan and also by terrorist forces.
The website infowars.com had some fun putting the size of the purchase in perspective. "Assuming an individual, unloaded magazine weight of 0.95 pounds, all of these magazines combined weigh more than the operating weight of a Lockheed Martin C-5 Galaxy, one of the largest aircraft in the world. The C-5 Galaxy wouldn't even be able to carry all of these magazines. Two trips would be necessary. To put it in another perspective, all these magazines combined weigh more than seven 18-wheelers at the maximum legal weight of 80,000 pounds," they reported.

With that age difference, in one of the highest fraud countries, the chances are just about zero of getting a K-1. There is no need for anyone to sugar coat the fact that it won't happen. Even if you get married and file for cr-1 you will still have a very HARD uphill battle. Good luck.

A day overstay will invalidate your VWP. Whether or not anything can be done because of circumstances that were beyond your control, I'm not sure, but you were cutting it close by booking a flight that was within hours of your 90 days. Also, if you are using the VWP or a tourist visa to stay for long periods of time, whether or not you can support yourself, is not a good thing, they are supposed to be used for tourism not for you to essentially be living in the US with your fiance. If you are engaged to a US citizen the proper thing to do is apply for a K-1.

No she does not have to wait, she can re-apply right away.
Consulate does not care how many times you apply.
Driver's Lic I dont think adds any value as that is not the reason she would return back to china, car yes if she is still paying for the car then bank documents showing the loan, letter from her job, recent salary slips etc. will definately help.

While Obama himself didn't write or sign the memo, the acting director of ICE did. Guess who the acting director of ICE ultimately works for? It's naive to think that Obama doesn't approve of this policy. It's also naive to think that if Obama didn't approve of it, that it would be policy.
Obama is the head of the executive branch of the government, so this policy is Obama's policy. I'm sure he'll be taking credit for it at some point in a speech to try and sway Hispanic voters.

I'm a victim of marriage fraud. And she (the exwife) is using our son and to come to the u.s. her family in Vietnam is using her stay in the u.s. to make money. I don't think she deserves to be in the u.s. I told her I was open to her and our son moving back to Vietnam but she refuses and wants to live her without papers. she's become a parasite living off of our child's child support money. So that's where I'm coming from.
