I would suggest that you postpone your move until the interview and the oath to be on the safe side.. You don't want to mess up your naturalization.

    Incorrect.

As far as i know, one does not have to renounce current citizenship in order to gain American citizenship. However, citizenship laws are complex in nature after the fact that you gain American citizenship. It depends on the country's citizenship laws. Some nations allow dual citizenship and some don't. Some nations allow a dumb down version of dual citizenship like OCI of India (which is NOT dual citizenship as most Indians believe) which is granted only after revoking Indian citizenship (also known as renunciation process).

You should be able to get some parking in the street next to the fingerprinting center when its not too busy. Its a residential street. Make sure you park at a safe place.

    Folks,
Just wanted to share my successful CRBA experience for my 1 month baby boy yesterday. I am the US citizen father and mother is Indian national.
Reached the consulate on time, complied with all the security checks and was then given a token and was told to wait in the waiting area along with the baby and wife. When my number was called, I was first asked for the CRBA application. She checked everything and said it was perfect. Then she started taking all the originals of the supporting documents one by one along with a copy of each of them. This included my US passport, Naturalization certificate, baby's original computer generated birth certificate, my wife's Indian passport, all her prenatal reports, her nursing home discharge summary and the previous divorce certificates. She also asked some random questions about my application. My wife and the baby were in the waiting area.
Then she took the DS-11 passport application, babys passport pic and then the SSN application. And then she told me to wait again. After 15 minutes our number was called again and i was told to pay the fees for CRBA on the next counter and also purchase a self addressed courier envelope. I paid 100 $ cash for the CRBA fees. After this we were told to wait again.
After 15 to 20 mins our number was called for the interview with the actual officer. He made us take the oath and congratulated us on the baby. He went over my 5 year physical presence and said he is approving the CRBA. No evidence requested. I had my 6 years of IT returns with W-2 and SSN earning statement, Nothing was asked. He said SSN at Manila office would take a long time and told me to apply for it in US and gave me back my SSN application. He made us sign the CRBA application and then the passport. Then told me to pay for the US passport and come back with the receipt. I paid 105 $ for that. I came back with the receipt and he gave me my copy. He said it will take 2 to 3 weeks for the CRBA and passport to be couriered back. He said we will also get a letter as a reference to FRRO for the babys exit visa from India. I thanked him and left.
    Thats all folks.

I thought the process was to send the documents after you submit the DS-260 visa application form.

I will cut short all the BS and negative posts floating here and get to the point. You may want to double check my facts with someone else.
She is absolutely not eligible for Medicare since she has not paid in the system. She will be once she is a citizen and she has to pay premiums.
She will become eligible for federally and state funded Medicaid once she spends 5 years as a green card holder and if her income is below the threshold.
Everyone on the US soil is eligible for Emergency medicaid for life threatening situations without any restrictions or status.
She maybe eligible for state funded Medicaid as a green card even without the 5 years limit depending on the state she lives in. Not all states do this. Check with your local county health department. Once again her income limit is assessed here.
She is absolutely eligible for Obamacare and its subsidies based on her income. She can apply now as she falls in special category since she just came to US outside the enrollment period.
If thestate wants to give her Medicaid and other benefits, she can take it. Make sure that the state you live in does not enforce sponsor deeming.
I hope this clarifies your questions.

    Killer post. Thanx.
For 65 and under, Obamacare will give you options and subsidy as well if she qualifies with the income limits.
