guys i have another question..

my petitioner is my husband and we don't have a child am i still going to submit his birth and marriage certificate?

another is what should i write on the back of my visa photos?should i put both my name and MNL no?should i paste on ds230 form?or can i put it in a small envelope?i hope somebody can help me since most of you are on interview stage now..and you knew this very well

No need to submit the petitoners BC, but if u are the beneficiary, u need to submit and also ur marriage certificate from NSO... just write ur name at the back, and proly the MNL will not hurt if u wite it..u can put a paper clip to the pic and attached it to the ds230. Goodluck and God bless u

Thanks Chakadoll...finally gyud after 8 weeks of waiting. They will be in Manila next week for the Physical exam, at least if they have problems they have a month to go.

How old is your daughter? did she went through a tuberculine test?

My daughter is 5yrs old.. and yes she did TB test.. make it at least a month or 3 weeks...Goodluck and God bless..

Sure , my family didnt undergo that coming to the clinic as early as 430 in the morning... am really glad coz we have a daughter..i dont think she can handle that.. anyway, they went at almost 2pm..and yet its was smooth..they were accepted and able to medical..but I think it is really safer if u come at 12nn or maybe 11 am..

I got that idea from other forum site.. and true enough there was not a problem..

My husband and daughter is done with the medical just yesterday.. Thanks God it went well.. so here we are anxiously waiting for the big day on monday..hopefully, it will be a great day for us.. am gonna pray that they will be approve..

And if its only ur husband, its better if he will show up at noon time...they accepted my family at almost 2pm...so they never have to go as early as 430 am just to line for the priority number..

Congratulations too Missy.. if u will be for USEM Manila, u can just go to the St Lukes Extension Clinic maybe 2 to 3 days prior sa Interview date or u may want to do it earlier..

Im sure US Embassy in Manila is super busy these days, considering that its not just F2A that is moving pretty fast, but also other category like F2B.I have read in other family immigration forum and their is a thread for F2B category for Philippines. i think ur right, its no longer the USCIS and NVC having a backlogged, its gonna be the US embassy in each country esp our beloved Manila.. but anyway, am sure they will accommodate us all in a timely manner..let us not lose our hopes and patience... God will bless always.. Goodluck

hello guys, i just received an email from nvc and is requesting for the copy of income tax return for 2009.. i dont know what happened but i did attached that to the one that i sent... its all there. if they are asking for an official copy from the IRS that i can do without a hard time. but would i have to send them another set of the affidavit of support with all the supporting documents that comes with it??/???? or i just have to send the barcoded email with my tax return and thats it/???? pls everyone, help me..... pls..........

nvc is requesting for 2009 tax return and the rest of DS-230 and they put my step son's name only. why just his name? and not my husband which is the principal beneficiary???/?? im gonna call them tomorrow but an answer from you guys will ease all the worries that i have and will have till i can get a hold of nvc.

Re your AOS, just send the 2009 tax return with the barcoded sheet that comes with the RFE email and still follow their instructions like writing the case number on the right top of the docs ur sending them..

Am wondering too y its ur stepson's name..did u ever submit a DS230 for ur husband only prior to the RFE without ur stepson? I recalled that u cant with ur stepson just yet coz u still wait for something like a court order or whatever was that... hopefully, u will be able to get hold of NVC operator.. Hi guys my husband is now sending in the I 130 form and we both did travel together a couple of times i wanted to know should i send a copy of our itineraries or should we copy the pages of our passport that has the stamp in it ?

I think just to make sure u can send them both to establish there is ongoing marital union.. now i remember more than 3yrs ago, i did submit an affidavit from my 2 friends who witnessed our wedding ceremony that our union was indeed genuine..Goodluck and God bless

Just wondering though, the way how fast NVC processing and completing those cases the back-log will shift to the local consulate.

You be fine with the interview, as far as i know those interviews of family member for IR and IV are just for formality sake.

Thats true though but am wondering how are the local consulate handling this fast paced.. am just hoping that they will be scheduling faster too.. but we know that our consulate in Manila is one of the busiest though...

I hope too that its only formality sake.. am really getting nervous now..and right now my family is in Manila for the medical interview.. God bless us..am really praying harder that everything will be fine and hopefully will be granted on that day..

hi from the day operator said case forwarded to local us consulate we dint call them yet... i think NVC gives teh schedule right thats way i m waiting for NVC to give it...if i call my local embassy i dont know what will they ask i might make some mistake.thats way i m not calling them... chakadoll where did u call for ur schedule?

Right, the NVC will schedule for the interview if ur an F2A category.. the NVC emailed me the appointment letter about a month ago.. then I called the NVC and spoke with the operator to verify it.. and on my case, they forwarded my paper/documents to our consulate in Manila after 2 weeks that they schedule me.. so am wondering now why they forward ur case to consulate without ur schedule yet... did u ask the operator if the NVC will be the one to schedule ur case or ur local consulate since they forwarded ur docs? Really agonizing week for me, been calling them everyday. Last night they told me no schedule yet for August interview appointment for Manila.

They ask me to call back Friday. . Im just so freaking tired of waiting.

You only need to wait for a day or two then u should get your schedule... I really can feel it... Am very positive about it..

USPS Sytem told us that NVC Received our AOS Docs last July 6..We haven't talked to an operator though beacause we're assuming it will be week or two before it will be on the system...

guys did you PASTE the photo on ds230 or you just include it on the docs...

u can use paper clip..goodluck and God bless

i called them and talk to operator twice,they said they havent got my mail and its not updated in the system yet, i wonder if do these operators have full access into our cases? or they just depend on what is there right in the system the moment u call? or operators knowledge vary? ... i cant help but worry coz my hubby left for work in a boat,his in the middle of the sea right now,and he'll be back by october pa, and if problems might come he wouldnt be there to handle it... hope everything is ok

Btw, did u check or track ur mail if at least they received it? that am wondering if ur mail was delivered and actually received by the NVC. Anyway, dont worry too much..just keep praying.. Goodluck

It will take awhile before they can update their AVR, if I were u, call the NVC and speak to the operator and directly ask them if they got ur documents.. at least if they got it..its gonna be a lesser worry..

Missy, congrats and now the 8 agonizing weeks of waiting begins; And as for me my 8th week ends today and yet still no schedule. I've been calling NVC almost everyday and last night they told me still no schedule for August appointment for Manila, but they do advise me to call again next Friday.

And again the waiting continues....

I think by Monday they will be able to released the new bulletin.. its just happened that the 10th of the month falls on Saturday..so its gonna be on Monday sooner..but after that am sure they will be able to give ur schedule within next week hopefully... dont rely on the AVR if u need to call to know ur status coz its really late for them to update that..so you need to speak with an operator.. or check ur email so often next week..
