  2. Hi, May I know if anyone can help me how to get call logs on Magic Jack.

    Thank you so much!

    what i did was to

press Prt Sc (print screen) button on the upper right corner of my keyboard then i

    opened PAINT

    clicked edit

then paste . this way i can crop the image.

right click then paste to WORD

scroll up or down to get a pic of each month or 2-3 magic jack screen shot each month

by the way i deleted my fiance's name on contacts so his actual celfone number would appear on the screen. so they know its really him

  3. So I sent my 129F on friday via USPS express mail to Lewisville. Got there on Saturday , no one theres of course so they leave a 'notice' . So I figure they're just going to get it Monday. Nope, still just says notice left. Does anybody actually care enough to go get my package? Or is it gonna end up coming back to me after 5 days and I have to sent it again all cause it got there on a saturday?

we sent ours on friday too. got to uscis on monday.

  4. Hello,

I received our hard copy NOA 2 today, and it stated that "The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate. Please contact the consulate with any questions abou visa issuance..." I thought all of these petitions go through NVC. Do you get a notice that it has gotten to NVC or what? Is this a standard statement listed on all K1 Petition NOA2s? Just need to know what the next step is. This is a little confusing.

    Thanks in advance for replies!

    congrats!

  5. Yas. I just recently sent copies of all the document to my fiancee. Just for peace of mind, I made sure I made 2-3 copies of all documents for back-up. If it happens to get lost in the mail, at least I can be sure that I got everything backed up. Photocopies are sufficient enough but for the divorce decree, make sure you bring a CERTIFIED copy. Make sure it has the appropriate stamp of the court/state and signature of the judge.

thanks Glenn n Bryan! i did copy paste ur response to my fience's ym lol  btw, were u able to schedule an interview?

For all you lucky people getting NOA2 on I-129F's from CSC...how exactly are you hearing about it? I watch my emails and texts and mailbox all the time, including the USCIS site and nothing since July 19 when I sent it in...want to know what the good news feels like...

No text, No email for us Not even a change in uscis case status. :crying: except for 2 consecutive touches on dec 2&3. Fiance checks the mail almost almost everyday. One morning, he was in the car & He was shouting & telling me we got NOA2 but i didnt hear him. so he videocalled me then showed me thos paper, i asked himwhat it is . He said NOA. i asked if it was NOA2 he said no, this is NOA1 im just showing it to you again. then i was like okay i sure hope it was noa2 then he said it JOOOOKE. it was a joke. it wasnt noa1 its NOA2!!! . & the excitement lasted till midnight :star::dance:

  9. Some of these things seem to have you a little confused. A 1040 is the primary form in a complete federal income tax return. A W2 is a form provided by an employer that summarizes gross pay and withholding of various taxes. An employee who receives W2's from their employer would include a W2 with their complete income tax return.

In other words, you don't send a 1040 by itself, nor a W2 by itself. A complete income tax return would probably include both of these. A complete income tax return is a bundle of forms you send to the IRS, including at least one variation of the 1040 form (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ) and any W2's the taxpayer received. It might also include 1099's and various other forms and schedules. A copy of a complete income tax return would be a copy of every one of those forms - whatever was sent to the IRS. A simpler method is to get transcripts of the return from the IRS. A transcript will contain the information from all of the forms that were included in the tax return package.

Most consulates only require either a copy of the most recent year's federal tax return or an IRS transcript of that return. Some consulates prefer the most recent three years. If you don't know your consulate's requirements, or you just want to play it safe, then submit three years of transcripts. You can order the transcripts by calling the IRS, and they're free.

If the letter of employment is recent then you may not need pay stubs. If you decide to include them then the prior six months should be enough.

Phone records and boarding passes are not included with the I-134. They are relationship evidence. Bank statements are useful if the sponsor is self-employed and doesn't receive checks to prove recent income, or if they are using assets in a bank account to help them qualify.

    thnaks JimVaPhuong!

can you helpme with the I134 question #11?

what should we write? what is the best response to this question

  10. If your income is sufficient, it's best to leave the asset questions blank. If you need to claim assets, you'll need the home appraised and a mortgage statement showing the current mortgage balance.

Sme and my fiance are almost done with I-134 we're just confused about Question 11 of the I134..

    -Intend

-Do not intend -to make specific contributions to the support of the person names in item #3

How should i answer? what should i write? tnx

Can we leave the rest of the item in #7 blank as long as we provide his annual income?
