yes that means they have your records on the system already but they still gonna wait for the hard copy before you can set an appointment for your interview..its almost here.....goodluck!

oh so when receive the hardcopy i can start scheduling even before i receive the so called usem letter?

USEM received electronic file on dec 13 does this mean that our case is is their system already???

Guys! i got my VISA already... it has my passport and one envelope which has the "NO TOUCHING and OPENING of the BROWN ENVELOPE THING" hehehe...

now i have my VISA and i'm so HAppy! tears! tears!

i got it , on its 15th day around 10:30 AM

the journey doesn't end here... we will have a new journey as i come in the US

I am so happy we got our NOA2 finally Withot any texts or email and updates we just got it in mailbox.It was aproved on December10 but we got on December18 it toke 8 days to ship it i think who knows.Anyway no matter most important we got it and now everything will go faster ohh guys I am happy like never after these long time of waiting ohh Allah thank you so much.Thank you guys for supporting so now we will continue second part together i will updates post for people who still in frst part to help them with any advice inshallah.

our chats: 75% tagalog and about 25% english. do we need to have it translated or we're fine? anyone who had similar experience?

they are not really going to read em,its just important for them to see that you have evidence.

if i were a CO ( i would be a crappy one ) it would make me suspicious,cause there is no reason to highlight it,unless youre trying to make it seem like something it isnt ( which i know youre not )

I know it maybe to early in the process to worry about this, but it gives me a project to do while waiting for uscis. As far as proof of relationship I have evidence of two visits, skype, some yahoo, some emails (not many), and some call logs. We have been together for a year now. My concern is we talk everynight on skype together, but not all is type. We use mic alot so sometimes the conversations if read dont always appear to make sense. Sometimes we will type somethings, sometimes we talk. I also wanted to know about editing a conversation that is all type? I was going to copy and paste the skype onto word program then print out(definately looking to see if anyone has easier way) I also do not know how many to print out. I am thinking they dont want a years worth of nightly skype chats. I am hoping with all the communication logs I have and of course the boarding pass, hotel reservations from when I visted him in this year will be enough evidence of an ongoing relationship. I know I might be jumping the gun, but I think I need to find something to keep my mind occupied until my next visit and the uscis decision.

what idid was to print screen several call logs per month, pate it to word then print so they can see the actual skype page

is it ok to highlight or do i need to highlight our sweet messages in english? 70-80% of our chat are in tagalog

you need the NOA2 for the AOS process you may want to find it because its VERY expencive to replace it!

i know we need it in the aos.. but do we need nao2 in the interview?

I would like to share my interview experience and below are the things happened to me;

Dec. 17, 2010

0430H- Arrived in USEM Manila

0500H- The guard called immigrant applicants including K1 applicants. We lined -up in the waiting area in front of the embassy gate & showed them copy of my appointment letter & valid ID.

0600H- We were advised to enter the embassy and put my things in the tray for xray scanning. "No Liquids & Electronic device allowed inside the embassy" If found, you will be rescheduled**

=When my bags pass through the xray scanning it alarms and the lady guard said that i have battery in my bag and I said I don't have but they still insist so they scan my bag twice (I feel so nervous why oh why...)and found out because of my wallet buckle (metal or has magnet) and the guard said i may now go inside (It was such a relief..sigh...)

= I went to booth where they get my appointment letter, Bank receipt, 2 copies DS 156 (Picture must be attached), 2 copies ds157, 1 copy DS156K and gave me que# (7002).

= My # was called in window 17 for pre-interview and ask me to give them my NBI, CENOMAR & NSO Birth certificate, and ask me to signed DS156K. They also ask few questions 1. My full name & Bithday 2. My petitioner. 3. If i have relatives in U.S. then they informed to prepare pictures, emails & letters just in case the consul will ask to provide them those documents as proof.

= Return in my seat & my name was called to window 16 for finger scanning and the lady ask my full name & birthday.

= Back to my seat again & my # was called to window 30 for the final interview (consul)

The lady consul (She looks asian & very pretty too ^^), she greeted me with a smile on her face & here are the ff. questions that she asked me;

1. My full name & birthday

2. My petitioner's name

3. Where my fiance lives & what is his job

4. When & where did we meet

5. Are we both single & no children or previous marriage== My answer is simply Yes!!

(When I answers the lady consul smile & say great!!)

5. She ask if i have pictures but she look at it very quick

then finally she said to me "Tell your fiance that your VISA IS APPROVED) Have a nice day!!

my interview w/consul takes 2- 5 mins.

0900H- My name was called to window Y and gave me white slip that I need to fill-up for the delivery address then after I proceed to 2GO booth for my final step.

I am new here. I have a question regarding scheduling an appointment for interview either by phone or online in USEM starting last week Dec. 10, 2010. Been trying to call their call center both here in US and in the Philippines but there's always no one to talk to. I also tried their online site but to no avail, i cannot make an appointment either. Has somebody out there made an appointment? Do you have any phone number that I can call to schedule an interview for nonimmigrant visa? We are hoping to have an interview early January 2011. Please Help!!

Thank you! but we won't make use of noa2 until after 6 or 8 mos, military thing that's why, but me and my fiance are working out on a new plan.

Yas, don't forget proofs of ongoing relationships. What I did was I photo copied the whole packet that I sent to USCIS and sent it to my fiance. Plus those items that you just listed. It may be an overkill but I want to make sure everything is covered. Hope it helps.

Im in the middle of editing,copy paste here & there, printscreening & printing proofs of ongoing relationship. im updating everything so i have proof since the day we met til present time. im planning to continue updating some of it until few days before my interview date

how many pictures are u planning to include as proof of having met in person?

guys, my fiance made a new letter of intent dated dec 13. i dont have an interview date yet and my case just left NVC the other day . im looking forward to the end of dec until the 2nd week of january for interview sched. so, should he change the date to lets say dec 27 or 29 to make it closer to the "possible" interview date? thanks ( he is about to send me the fiancial docs tomorrow via FedEx)
