Hi,

I am just starting to get my USCIS packet together. I was wondering if anyone had good examples for the best way to present the proof of meeting and ongoing relationship information. I looked at the example forms but I guess I did not see what I was looking for. I guess I am a more visual person than reading it on the directions. I have tons of proof, but just do not know the best way to present it. Do you us actual photos or do you print them on paper? Any help would be appreciated.

for EVIDENCE OF MEETING:

cover page

copies of boarding passes

copies of airlines tickets

copies of itineraries

copies of baggage tags

copies of passport pages with stamps

copies of airport parking tickets

copies of receipts, movie tickets

4R size PHOTOS-35pcs (my fiance used Album Pages . we put 3 photos per page so they can see/read the caption at the back of

every picture)

So my SO's NBI clearance is almost a year old, not quite a year but coming close. I have read here that it should be withing six months but the embassy paperwork says 1 year.

Should I have her renew it ? and if so does she have to go back to her hometown to get the barangay clearance all over again?

just want to make sure the embassy doesnt require her to have the NBI and the police clearance.

My fiancee has her interview on Jan 21 and I sent her a copy of my final divorce papers from my first marriage and she is concerned that we might need the originals. Can someone please clear this up for us? There is still time to send her the original. Thanks in advance!

got there at 5:30 told to fall on like at 6:30, showed the guard my confirmation letter & valid ID. directed to go to gate 2. bags were scanned & i went to the immigrants area, fell in line at the ticket booth. they took my DS forms , confirmation letter & BPI receipt

, they asked some questions & gave me a number which will be used for the whole process.

i was told to take a seat & wait for my numner to flash on the queuing board. (they appear in random order)

7006 flashes ont he board, i then went to window 14. fa nice ilipina prescreener asked some questions, look at our photos, took the NSO birth cert, cenomar & NBI clearance, didnt ask for other evidence of meeting nor our evidence of genuine relationship (which is 2 inches thick lol)

consul was a nice black american. interview was quick , asked me a few questions almost 10 i think.

who is your petitioner?

how did u meet?

when was the last itme u saw him?

how many did times he visit you?

di u have kids?

have u ever been married?

have u been outside the country?

is he married before?

does he have kids & if yes how many? & what are their age

do u have photos?

asked me to flip some of our photos for him, didnt ask for other evidence of meeting like boarding passes , ticketsnoe evidence of gen. rel. Told me that my visa is approved & i can go back to my seat & wait for my name to be called (releasing)

before i even reached my seat, i hear them asking #7006 to go back to window 38 lol so i went back. no one was there. stood at the cubicle/window for 10-15mins lol then he walked on front of me & he was like suprised that i was there lol & then he said oh i just for got to ask you if u intend to marry your fiance within 90 your arrival? & I said YES . & he said ok & told me to wait for my name to be called for releasing. after 15 minutes, i was asked to got o window 26, the lady there gave me a slip to fill out & be given to 2GO counter/booth after. & i went outside to look for my sister & brother in law & we headed home happy.

** u can buy drinks/snacks inside the embassy kinda pricey though. u can bring bread/biscuits/ candies. Liquids not allowed.

affix your 2x2 photos to your DS forms before the interview. Bring extra photos.there is restroom inside the embasssy best time to use it is right after u got your number as it will take time before your number flashes on the screen & after finger printing.

Actually before we ended our conversation this afternoon ( Call center agent ) I asked her for the password and the UID, and she told me that she will send me an email, but when i read on it, only the password was there. Very frustrating bcoz they are not prompt on their customers/ callers needs and they need us to call again and again and again not considering the amount of money we spent to call them... Hmmmmmm????? VERY BAD services ...

insist that your rather have the UID & password by . that's what we did everytime we call.

I called today at USEmbassy for my schedule of Appointment using this # 02-902-8930, i did several calls before i was accommodated by

a a call center agent based in Malaysia, she cannot understand tagalog dialect so i did it in English. Thanks to God, i finally scheduled for an interview on January 25, 2011. My query is,,, What proof i should have to bring during my interview to show that i have my appointment schedule on the 25th? When i opened my email inbox, i got an email from notification@ustraveldoc.com for the Appointment Link.. After i opened the Link i was given a password which is one of the requirement when we LOG IN to the site for online appointment aside from this, UID is also ask there? so where could i get the UID? Or do i still need to LOG IN for an Online Appointment after I was scheduled by the Call center agent on January 25, 2011?

I am confused . Please help me

call again & ask them to just dictate to you the UID. even if u reschedule the UID remains the same only the password changes

Hi guys, thank you for your responses. Is a update and more clear information. I didn't really understood what CENOMAR is but after speaking to my fiancee now I understand it better. My fiancee went to get her CENOMAR and on there it said that she was married, dated Aug 2004. But the CENOMAR was registered Nov. 30 2010, 6 years after she was suppose to be married. She never got her Certificate of Marriage. After 9 months and breaking up with her fake husband she went to NSO(I think) to check to see if she was registered as married and the lady said no, there is no record. So she went to see a lawyer he said that she should go back to the NSO and get an CENOMAR on the husband and the Certificate of Marriage and bring it back to his office. Also note when she got married her family took pictures at the City Hall where she got married and show those pictures to the employees there the lawyer who married them and the employees said that guy is no lawyer in this City Hall.

I think what is happening is that this guy is trying to get back at her because she broke up with him, and he said he would get revenge and make sure she would not have a happy life. Is it possible this guy got the original papers and filed them just before Nov. 30, 2010? Could this happened to a guy who is still married? Any answers OR supported would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!

hi! this is what the 2nd paragraph on my cenomar issued on Dec 10, 2010 says:

This certification is based on the records of 1945-2010 marraiges enrolled in the database as of NOVEMBER 30, 2010

Can I pay for the Visa fee at BPI eventhough NVC hasnt sent our files to USEM? Will I able to schedule an appointment once I pay it? Our file hasn't left from NVC. They told me to call back this week. Please Help!!

I just got my petition approved dated Dec. 20, 2010. How do I find out when NVC received my approved petition? Is there a login with case number so that I can check the status? Thanks in advance.

u can call NVC and ask if they already received ur case. it should be there by now. then 3 days after they received it from USCIS call again ask if they have forwarded it to manila.

it's been past 3 days now since I've scheduled an interview for the 6th, but until now I still can't get my confirmation letter to be print out I tried other members suggestion like adding == at the end of the URL when the error message occur but it still didn't work for my case I wonder what happened to it? I don't know what to do anymore with this :( I'm just getting more and more frustrated. Why is this thing so complicated??? who to blame?????? arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...............

From someone who has taken their physical at St Lukes Medical Center Extension Clinic in Ermita recently, I would like to know exactly how much they paid in Pesos for the medical exam. I know that it is $213.35 in dollars for an adult, but I was wondering how much it is in Pesos. Is it a fixed amount, or does the price fluctuatedaily ? Meg will travel to Manila on Jan. 10 and take the physical on Jan. 11 & 12, and I want to know how much she should bring to SLMCEC in Pesos. Thank you for and help you can give us.

i paid 9,600.75 pesos on dec 29th. i dnt knw if it is fixed but bring 10,000 pesos just to be safe just like what i did. dnt go on mondays.jam packed.

2-DAY MEDICAL PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS fiance was able to reschedule my interview thru phone from Jan.12 to JANUARY 7. he made the operator wait til he was able to DOWNLOAD the new confirmation/appointment letter hehe

does anyone know here what is the CEAC barcode number when you're downloading your appointment letter? and is the UID the same with Unique referrence number or something???? Thank you guys

we're supposed to go to IMMIGRANT VISAS, then

APPLYING FOR IMMIGRANT VISA APPOINTMENT

then selct K-1 VISA APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

*NO CEAC number needed*

no call back unt il u get that page downloaded. everytime u call u get to talk to diff people. lets just hope u bump into the one who KNOWS what todo like what happened to me. I talked to a girl named NElla i think she is not filipino coz of her accent. but i her tagalog speaking call center agents on her background

My wife is at St. Lukes now for her second day. She picked a bad day to go yesterday as Christmas and the holiday on Monday made for a huge crowd of people. She went at 04:00 and was told people were lining up at 01:00. She was in the clinic about 8 hours.

They told me up to 48 hours for the email with a new password. However I did get the reset password email a couple hours later. Call again.

i agree with sheenaspapi, i got my reset password minutes later actually, while i was on the phone with the call center agent

Hi guys, I scheduled my interview through phone today and it was approved for January 6, but my problem is I'm having difficulties in getting the confirmation sheet...The site that the agent gave to me is www.ustraveldocs.com/ph and I clicked on download my appointment letter and entered everything correctly but it's giving me a message that it's invalid like the passport and date of payment but everything is correct. Then I called the embassy again and spoke to the same lady and asked for my UID number and it's still saying that I have invalid passport number???? Can some one tell me how can I download my confirmation sheet??? pls..I really need your help
