      i also late my case 80 days my i-130 approved date is oct -1 -2011 and my online IV and AOS FEES bill available to be PAID on oct - 10- 2011 and i wait 83 days because of my university final examination and when my final examination is over and then i able to pay and clear my all immigrant and AOS fee bill and then i send my all doc to NVC AND ACCORDING TO NVC this is legal for every one to pay all visa fee bill in 1 year peroid of time if in case you cannot pay fees bill in 1 year peroid of ...
