  1. well i go see the DR every 2 weeks now, i cant believe we are at this stage already! Yhis pregnancy is going so fast....hopefully next weekend we will be taking a trip to the cities to get the baby stuff....thankfully i kept alot of play stuff from Dylan

  2. THIS SUMMER  . As soon as the weather gets better (which should be in a few weeks) I'll put Adam in his Elmo underpants and go for it. If we have to stay home all day, I don't care but he'll be out of diapers by the end of this year (I hope  ). He says POO POOOO all day but then never goes. Plus he can keep poo poo in until he has a diaper on. I've noticed it a couple of times, he just won't go on the potty but as soon as a diaper is on, he's gone hiding somewhere poopooing...argh.

hilarious!!! Dylan is taking his diaper off when wet and pulling out his bits, plus hes always looking at the toilet....lol i dont know, its confusing!

  3. well since the last time i was at the docs, 4 weeks ago i only gained 6 ounces....works for me! This pregnancy so far i have only gained around 14lbs.....

For the moms of boys around 2 or so...when do you think you'll start potty training?

  4. My friend went to see Friday the 13th and it was sold out... anyone see it?? How was it?? Is it worth the big screen or just wait for rental?

i saw Friday the 13th on Sunday, it was ok...i'd wait for the DVD....i did go see My Bloody Valentine 3D and that was pretty good

  5. Thanks for the prayers everyone. I thought she had her baby yesterday as I was told she went into labor. The last I heard her water had broken, but the baby has yet to be delivered. And she is 21 weeks, not 20.

I will update when I hear more.

My friend's little boy was born Sunday morning at 21 weeks and 4 days, and did not survive. She is home now and will hopefully find healing somehow. She has a beautiful 4 year old daughter who I'm sure will keep her as distracted as possible.

oh my goodness, my thoughts and prayers are with her

  6. Hows everyone feeling this morning? I cant tell you how much better i feel now that the decision has been made to stay in the US.....i love it here and am happy so why change it, i feel bad for my mother missing out, but as someone said to me, its our life :) I feel now i can enjoy the rest of my pregnancy, and start nesting.....carpets were shampooed yesterday and loook awesome!

I also called the UK visa place and asked if we wanted to reapply for a UK visa at a later date if we chose to, would we have any problems and were told we would have no problems....i feel really good today which makes a change over the last month.

Is anyone swelling up a little, i feel like a house today and my fingers are swollen...

And OMG i cant believe Dylan will be 2 next month!

  7. Hi ladies, i'm back! Our computer died the other week, so no internet access....but we bought a new laptop last night so we are up and running, thank goodness! How is everyone? I'm doing good....some of you know about us moving to England, or us trying to decide if we would, well we have decided to stay here, i dont want to move, plus its just too much right now with me been pregnant....does anyone know if my hubbys uk visa will just expire or do i have to contact them??

I'm in nesting mode now, we are shampooing carpets today and in a couple of weeks we head to the cities to start buying baby stuff

  8. i hope it works out for you.

Me too Nessa, god i'm stressed at the moment......she said she could give us a loan for a certain amount with 5% down, she just needs to check....so we find out tommorrow

  9. well, we just got back from the bank, hubbys credit is not great so the loan officer is running his credit through some program or something to see if we can get what we need, she said its done for all loans...so...we'll see

  10. well WELL done steak! congrats Caro

Thank you Chrissy! :) Good luck with the loan!

    congrats Caro  yay!!

about the steak that was my reaction too. i like it rare, bloody and juicy :P now i eat medium rare, cuz well cooked for me is like eating rubber.

    Thank you Nessa!

That's fine, one day when I need to use guilt on my kid I'll be telling him or her all about how I couldn't have a decent steak for 9 months

I puked at work today :dead:
