With Dylan i craved mashed potatos constantly!

thanks for the replys, do you know if filing the spousal visa is as long a process as the i29f? plus what is the official name of the spousal visa form? and you can file that from the UK?
Actually,if you file from the UK (using a process known on VJ as Direct Consular Filing or DCF) the timeline is generally about 4-6 months. You will need to file an I-130 and G-325a's at first instance with London. It is fairly straightforward, and as said above will result in an IR-1 visa, and eventually another 10-year GC.
Info is on the London Embassy website: http://london.usembassy.gov/dhs/uscis/i130filing.html.
thankyou for the info, out of intrest do i have to turn in my greencard when we decide to leave? plus say if hubby and i come visit on vacation will i have problems with US customs?

Hubby and i are most likely moving back to the UK after the new yr, my question is i am hoping to apply for my citizenship before we leave, but if i dont manage to i'm wondering if down the line we decide to move back to the US what would i have to file? i have my 10 yr greencard

well in my appointment today it showed i put up 20 lbs. i doubt anypne would wish to put up that much in 17 weeks.
my first pregnancy i gained more than that in 20 weeks, i believe. I've so far gained 8lbs in 14 weeks, i had only gained 2 1/2lbs then i gained the rest rather quick!, this pregnancy is so different from my first

i wish i looked like that pregnant Nessa!!! But my hubbys awesome, he just thinks i'm beautiful pregnant, i feel icky he says i look great

Nessa, you bump is cute! i'd post pics, but seen as i'm not the skinniest i wont embarrass myself!! Hows everyone feeling today?
-
thanks eveline, though not sure if its spelt with one L or 2
-
Its funny Eveline, i have a feeling its a girl, we havent decided on a name yet, but we do like Bella....
-
@Nessa hopefully i'll have a scan in the next four weeks or so....
@Eveline i'm feeling good now, not so tired, and the sickness ended last sunday, i have a few moments of nausea if my belly is stretching, but apart from that i'm fine, hopefully i'll have another ultrasound soon.
-
Congrats on the boy Nessa!! Boys are awesome!!
How many weeks are you now? i'm 13 weeks tommorrow and i cant wait to have another ultrasound
-

Christina. No sofyan has green eyes, I have blue green...zaid got baby blues...lucky boy...
Chrissy. good luck on the move. I agree ..If sofyan was from a european country id be gone gone gone...Our health insurance, job benefits, etc, are FRIGGIN TERRIBLE next to other countries...I heard from a few that many countries give women 6 months maternity leave!! i cant believe that i only got 6 weeks!!
actually in england at last i know, it was 9 months maternity leave, and dads got PAID time off work too for two weeks i believe when the baby is born
-
Well ladies, hubby and i have decided to move our family back to England, we feel we have more opportunities there, and a larger family support system, my hubby wanted to move there since day one, so if everything goes to plan, we should move around christmas time
-
i am in the middle of the nausea, feel sick all day every day...and sooooooooo tired. i'm in my 8th week and havent gained any weight yet, we go for an ultrasound on thursday

i craved sweets with Dylan, suffice to say he very much turned out to be a boy, but then for 7 months we were told we were having a girl.....i'm very wary of ultrasounds stating if its a boy or girl!
