you never stated that it was a K1 petition, then forget about everything I said, that's for a spousal visa
the i134 affidavit of support is directly sent to your fiancé and she will present it at the interview,. the case pases briefly at the nvc and goes to the embassy
are you sure your country allows joint sponsors at the fiancé level? some countries don't allow a joint sponsor. regardless, all the affidavits and supporting financial evidence is sent to your fiancé and she will take it to the interview. she will hand It to the consul when requested.

nope, once you paid for the i864, both forms, the petitioner's and the joint sponsor's affidavits, are uploaded on the nvc website
the petitioner received the steps on how to upload and pay the forms and documents,
so the affidavits as well as the supporting financial documents are uploaded at the ceac page, and then the originals presented at the interview. the complete file from the nvc is sent to the Embassy, the Embassy doesn't receive any loose documents
so no, not possible

you can follow the guides more or less for parents or spouses.
the form i130 for each of them is the first step. you will need their mom's authorization to leave the country in the future.
did you already file for your husband, their dad? You will need to send a copy of your marriage certificate for each petition, as well as a copy of their birth certificate, any document not in English needs a translation into English to accompany the original. also, you might need to send proof of bona fide marriage if requested

My ex wife would like to petition for her mother to receive a green card. Her mom has a Visitors Visa. Is it better for her mom to stay in Colombia or come to the USA and for my Ex to file the I 485 along with the I 130?

I'm confused about what application type to check for the Travel Document for my K-1 wife to get her K-2 daughter. Would that be a Reentry Permit -or- an Advance Parole Document? The info on the app & instructions seems contradicting...

Hello Y'all, I need help with my I-130 petition. So after my K-1 petition was denied 3 weeks ago, I was advised by the embassy to file an I130 petition. I called the USCIS for advise and was told to file this petition and include a letter of explanation to it explaining exactly what happened to my previous petition but I just don't know where to start. Has anyone done this before and can someone please let me know how to start letter or say in this letter? Its just a very stressful...

now have fiance and 1 child here and at time of Intitial filing for K 1 was above the 150%of poverty for family of 3. but now nearly and 1 1/2 after filing i am within the 150% just barely a few hundred $. so Am I now able to apply for the I 912P

HELLO Everyone, I must say that this group has been so helpful n resourceful. heres another issue. i have a friend who is married to a us citizen .Her husband doesnt make theaflidavit of support fee. (20,025). inevitably She needs a second sponsor. now my question is , her second sponsor has his 2015 W2, a copy of his Legal stay here ( either us passort or GC) . is there any other document required?? pls HELP.
