I wonder why Obama calls the socialist medical tax "Obamacare" but the huge tax cuts for the wealthy - that he extended - are still being referred to as the "Bush" tax cuts. Even last night in the debate he mentioned them but failed (inexplicably!) to take credit for extending them. Why is that?
On the bin Laden thing, the reason why righties won't give him credit for killing bin Laden is because he won't give righties credit for building their own businesses. "Someone else did that."

When you're missing more than have of your security briefs playing golf or simply because you don't want to be there, I'm pretty sure it's easy to not know what's going on.

In all fairness the economic collapse was destined to happen based on policies put into place prior to W ever taking office.
We can easily blame ####### spending during the W regime, but to blame the administration for the economic collapse is very ignorant of the events that took place in the late 80's and throughout the 90's.

You can pin the blame for lack of security on Hillary Clinton; but after the attack, the President should have been informed of everything happening. That's his job. I want to know why there was a parade of people claiming it was a protest over a video when we now know that there was no protest. We can pin the response to the attack on Barack Obama and he has either lied to the American people or he chose to be ignorant of the facts as he blamed the video.

If you don't attend daily briefings and instead play golf, you have no chance of knowing whats going on. Hillary fell on a sword to cover for the baffoon. Who is taking credit for the month long lies and cover up?

If Bill lays the smackdown on Obama, then it will be over. You have to wonder if the Clinton's think Hillary would have a better chance againt Romney in 2016, or a better change against an unknown Republican that gets the nomination. It looks like Obama is so chickenshit, that he will try and hang this on Hillary, or Panetta, or Petraeus, or a combination thereof. Worse part is, like every time one of these things happen, if Obama had just come out on day one, and said, "My bad. Sorry people got killed. I will do better next time," he could have avoided all this #######. Of course, this is nothing different than what the Clinton's have done to others over the years: It has been noted that Bill's path to the Presidency was littered with the dead bodies of their closest friends and political allies.

You might find it insulting, but in life the best thing you can do is 'get over it.'
One can control one's emotions if they truly want to in MOST cases. Do you know how many children are molested througout their childhood and turn out to be normal? Around 85% of them if you want to throw a number at it. Now define abnormal? A small percentage end up being child molestors themselves. Another percentage have a hard time maintaining a stable relationship. Another sector of that is afraid to ever touch another human being. The rest have various mental issues/some violent, some not. It's hardly anywhere near the majority though that some would like to lead society into believing. The interesting part being, is of those who do end up with mental/emotional problems later in life, most of them would have had some sort of emotional/mental issue anyway, but they now have an 'excuse' for it.
Many have skeletons in their closet that no one will ever know about because they have the emotional maturity to handle things and then move on. Life goes on, if you have the will power to let it.

comparing the plight to that of pre-civil rigths era minorities is absurd.

There was a good/similar story on NPR today and there was a good point made. We like to pick on the wealthy in this country, especially those who started from nothing and worked their way to their success (we're not talking those who inhereted their money). Those who have money work their arses off. Where the average person works an 8-9 hour work day, the wealthy American works closer to an 15-18 hour work day.
The NRP story and those interviewed (based on some book about Plurocrats) even suggested Americans should be paid less than they are now and if they want to make more per hour, then they should be more productive and appreciative like those in China.
I kind of see the point they make, eventhough it's quite crude. The wealthy who earned their way to the top usually do work their ####### off harder than anyone else. They sacrifice time with family, friends, etc. to build their wealth.
In the United States we have first-world issues. Issues that aren't about food on the table so much as they are our phone bill getting paid. So many would LOVE to have the issue of worrying about a phone bill, internet bill, etc.. in this world.
We're spoiled brats as Americans. These past couple of generations especially. We all always want more, and some do work hard and aren't successful, but there are a lot who don't work hard and demand something to cover their short comings. So is life, so is the nature of the human scope of reality.
Do I feel sorry for the wealthy? Hell no. Do I get where they are coming from? Yes.

You claim to be one of the so-called 'victims' and now you're preaching like you're someone on a mission that wasn't directly involved. Seems somewhat fishy.
You have to remember, even as a teenager, you have choices to make. They may not always be the right choices (just as an adult) but they are still choices. The position of authority is never the only answer to the equation. There are many other factors that take place here as to why a student would agree to do such things with a teacher.

Obama 2012 reacted to HeatDeath in "They were spinning their centrifuges faster!"
Both quotes in that graphic have technical errors and gross oversimplifications, but the bottom one is so wrong it's probably fake. Nuclear professionals wouldn't make the mistakes that quote does. Centrifuges are not spun "to make fission occur". That's ridiculous bs. Nuclear reactors don't work that way, and even if they did, that would have nothing whatsoever to do with the manufacturing of nuclear weapons.
There are several different kinds of uranium that occur in nature. They are all uranium, but some kinds have more neutrons in their atomic nuclei than others. When you want to make a nuclear bomb, you need large amounts of extremely pure uranium of a very specific kind, with a very specific number of neutrons. If you have uranium atoms mixed in with the wrong number of neutrons, your nuke won't explode. So it is very important to separate your uranium into the different kinds, so you only use the right kind in your bomb. Centrifuges are used to purify the uranium and sort it into the different kinds, so you can make sure that you're using only the right kind in your bomb, and that there isn't any other kind mixed in there. a single centrifuge can only sort a very tiny quantity or uranium, and needs to run for months or years continuously to do so, which is why uranium purification facilities run literally thousands of centrifuges.
So the bottom quote is silly. I don't know what they think Iran is using centrifuges for, and it's pretty obvious they don't know what centrifuges are for.
Now Ryan's quote is also, at the very least, badly oversimplified on the technical points. It is true that running a centrifuge faster will purify the uranium faster, and get you the necessary quantity of pure uranium to build a bomb that much quicker. However, the bottom quote is correct, at least in this area - centrifuges are designed to run at a specific speed, and you can't overdrive them by very much without causing damage to them. In the worst case scenario, a centrifuge running too fast would suffer a structural integrity failure and explode, making an enormously toxic mess over a radius of a few dozen feet on the factory floor.
A reasonable interpretation of Ryan's quote is that Iran is actively attempting to reengineer and retool their centrifuges to run as fast as possible, and are making every attempt to purchase and use as many centrifuges as possible that are as fast as possible.
