Hello everyone! I'm about a week late with my update. On july 14 2012, I received my approval letter in the mail. I wasn't expecting it in my mailbox! I was thrilled! Then the following monday I received my 10yr GC!

I just want to say thanks to all of you for the care and comfort. May god bless you all.

Hi everyone. I received my approval letter in the mail yesterday July 14th. Also, I checked my case status on uscis.gov and it said this...

"The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on July 13, 2012. You should receive your new card within 7 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, please call our customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

I'm thankful. Thanks to you folks also! Good luck to the rest of us!

I did my biometric today! I had an appointment at 1PM at my local ASC. I arrived there around 12:30PM and left at 12:45PM took about 15 minutes. It was very quiet since they had moved to a new location. 10-12 people. Overall very quick process. Update please!

Finally! I received my biometrics appointment!! March 7, 2012!

Should I be worried? I still haven't received my biometric notice. It's been 21 days since my NOA....

Hi fatima, thanks for the reply.. when I was in the process of my AOS 2 years ago, I was scheduled for my biometrics at the office in Oakland, CA which is 15 minutes away from my location. There wasn't a lot of people and it was so quiet.. I wonder if I'll be going to the same place again..

Still no biometric letter appointment... how long did it take for you guys to receive the biometric letter appointment after receiving NOA? Just curious...

We received our I-797, NOA1 hard copy/1 year extension today! Postmark on 1/13/2012; 3 days after we sent out our packet. It's really moving quick for us January filers!

Hey guys.. we finally sent out our packet this morning through USPS express mail (w/ signature). It will get there tomorrow afternoon at 3:00PM, guaranteed. My 2 year green card will expire this friday January 13, 2012. I know it's really late but I hope I just made it on time. I have faith from the man up above! Let's go January 2012 filers!

Hello all, I am in the process of sending in my I-751 form and documents. My conditional GC expires on Jan 13, 2012. I have a lot of documents that I am going to send. My question is, do I put everything in one big envelope with the check (filing fee)? or do I separate the check from all the documents? Thanks everyone.

Hey Guys, first of all I want to say congrats to all who got their Green Card and etc etc etc.

Secondly, I haven't been back here since last month or so, I've been so busy with work and our new born, my wife gave birth to a boy on Feb 3rd. It's a blessing to have a little family!

Hey guys, I received my Welcome letter in the mail today! woohooo.. now waiting for the Green Card!

How long does it take for the Green Card to receive in the mail after the welcome letter?

Does anybody know how long does it take for the email saying the Green Card has been ordered? I was already approved at our AOS interview today, but I was just wondering when will I get the email. Thanks.

Thanks Greg, SnS & RebnPhil! It was a succesful interview, the lady was really nice and she was laughing so hard when I was making jokes and being funny. We also talked about our baby that's coming anytime now..
