I can loan you a big steamer trunk for the emails, cheaper then a private jet. Best wishes at interview!!!

my hubby's interview is on the 10 ,, it seems soooooooooooooooooooooo far away !!!!! atleast i feel that way he is planning to fly over here on the 21 ,,,can't wait

December 7th. Expecting a denial for a 28 yr old crime, though. Kinda takes the nervousness out of it a bit. But it's still a step closer!

I have been an avid reader of the threads and advice from everyone - just wanted to say thank you! We got our interview date today and we're excited, nervous, etc. We will get through the final stretch (hopefully) on Dec 4 2009.

srjames welcome ,,,, glad you got your interview date set,, well now sit back relax , have fun and buckele up for some discussion to how we can get our loved once prepare for the BIG DAY hahha the interview !!! by the way,, i told my husand to purchase a brand new shirt for the interview hahhah that way he would have a memory of this interview ,,, even though he replied " babe i have had tons of interviews in the past and i do have new shirts already !!!! i said well honey this is the grand finale , the opera, the red carpet !!!! hahhaha he laughed and said i will buy a new shirt ,,,,!!! love him!!! i am paranoid sure you guys are too by now well let's hold on to each other let us know when you guys get your interview done and come and share!!!!!

we will go though this together !!! and before we know it will be over !!

received interview appointment today! December 14 630am Manila embassy!! Yahoo!!

Yay to interviews for Lily1, Julie and everyone else getting interviews ( I am trying to catch up since I have been... ahem... busy these last few days)!!! ...lol

Hubby had to go report to his job to start all the paperwork and port ID's, get computer etc... and other stuff but he is setteling in nicely. We got him unpacked and spent some quality time together. But I seem to have caught a cold so I am resting today as I have weddings on both Saturday and Sunday... Marathon weekend...

does any one know if uscis transfers all the paper work to the embassy that was sent to them originally ??? ,, i have had some of my orginal doc in their like devorce decree,, will they need my devorce decree at the interview because my husband does not have it ..... helpppppppppppppppp

I pased my medical exam, I printed some chat logs, emails, my husband send me phone listing , I have to obtain some documents for interview like poloce certificates etc. and than just waiting for interview..... hope it ll be OK

salmaa way to go it looks like you are way prepared ,, my husband has not taken his medical yet,, they wanted a full two weeks prior to the interview ,, yes get as many evidence than you can ,,, too much information is not a bad thing to do ,, just answer questions when they ask you only ,,, phone bill, text message bill ( lol) chat logs what ever works ,, and have some kind of questions answer time with your love one that will be good

as stated you have to be a USC first. The minute you get yu certificate you can apply for the I-130 not a minute before

i am a us citizen to how can apply for my mother?? my dad holds a green card and he applied for her already and her gc has not come yet i don'nt know the deal but they i think denied it because we applied and her doc was sent to a wrong adress and we did not respond to it for a while because we did not know they sent it ,, any ways can i apply for my mom she entered in usa legally ,, but i thought it will be faster since i am a citizen and what form do i need??? should i wait till my husband gets here too??

My cousin is filing the I864 and even though his individual income is sufficient I've asked for his wife to sign a I864A since I believe they file their taxes jointly and I'd rather have the form in the package than not. If NVC doesn't require it, they can shred it.

My question is what does my cousin's wife need to submit? The bank statements and tax forms will go anyway since her husband will be sending them. Does she need her W2s, paystubs and employment letter as well? I'm guessing her proof of citizenship is also required?

If you guys answer this last question about the damn I864A, I swear I will shut up.

yes she needs her W2, and either check stub about six month they say , make sure it includes most current one too, or empleyment letter would work too

juliee at least the feeling / the fact that he is atleast behind those immigration doors at the air port is thrilling too !!!!!! i can see christeen looking at the door each time when some one comes out of the door !!!! and look down when she sees it is not her husband ,, and when he comes out i can see her fliying like a rat to hag him hahahahhahaha i am so happy for you christeen !! can wait to hear from you about it lol

One hour and no word yet

that is how they are immigration is a headche my dad travles a lot and used lufthansa too ,, so when he goes though immigration we had to sit there an hour and half no words the door will be quite ,, and just while wait outside wow it feels good though when they come out wowowowowowowow when is my turn

OK, hubby called that his plane landed and he is going through the immigration now!!!! I am just jumpin around right now!!!

I am just shacking for you right now ,,, wow going though the immigration is a headache and once that door is open wow you gonna see your honey,, it is a great feeling to be at the airport right now !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lots-o-packages sent from NVC yesterday and today, so they do seem to be working hard. Another 1 lb. package left for Dublin. I'm being positive and hoping it was the court records from my canceled RFE.

how's every one doing ?? juliee,, your packet will not be send unless you have an interview scheduled and nvc tells you the packet was sent on a specific day so wait till they assign you ( hope this week) and then you can call them and see if they send in your packages,, that is what i did and what happens

Here's hoping to everyone getting in soon as possible - per the other thread I'm going to start planning some more trips up north in the next few months. I guess there are too many people in line for this bloody interview.

yes kballtex,,well said !!!!!!!! for those of you who have not been scheduled an interview yet,, hopefully this week should be the week for do or die,, so fingers eyes , legs crossed for all of you and soon we all start talking about interview preparation and how to cool down for about a month,, take a trip, go to the zoo, and hit the spa,, or go crazyyyyyyyyyyy and dance for not calling nvc any more !!!!!!!!!!! since you have completed your case and waiting for the darn interview day to come and celebrate visa acceptace or stress and distress your concerns here with us ,, ( we will be happy to comfort you ) and help you prepare,, so far i have told my husand togather all of our emails that we emailed god knows for how long , my phone calling records from the company which i use to call him , trip itenary , some other flight arrangement we made to meet before we got marrried, photos of me taking pic with his family , our casual and formal pic ,, i think that is what i got for now if i don't forget to mention it well other please share your ideas and what else would it be good to take !!
