Now our interview date is almost matches hopefully we both get great same news too lol

  6. yeah, i have made DHL my IE homepage

This interview will be a " do" or a " die" situation , jee ,, i can't even think right now , i got up this mornig thinking how he will be standing infront of the officer and be questioned and how it will go !!!!! ( god please help each one of us ) i was thinking how this interview could change a lot of things in our marriage , iam not ready to move to where he is at right now.

all of you guys we will soon be over with this let's hang in there and keep our headsup!!!:blink:

  7. My guess is that they are more concerned about fraud.

this is crazyyy, what is fraud has to do with her sharing a bed room with a met ,, it does not make sense at all . , my opinion is you should contact the embassy write a letter and tell them when and why you shared appartement , like you said they look like they have never lived in america you have to go ahead and remind them the life style of newyork city , so write a written explanation , also send them doc of some of your preparation for the wedding you have already booked , such as lease , wedding rentals etc, if you have any to tell them you gonna have to move your wedding date and your interview schedule should be early .. not far as in feb.

good luck i know how oweful you feel right this sec

    grrrrrrr

  8. 6 days here.... I spoke with our attorney today, and the waiver package is being FedEx'd today (so he says) and should reach my husband in time.

We are so weary from this process.

Tomorrow, I have to go for a 3-day ambulatory EEG, which means I'll have electrodes sticking to my head for three days - can't shower, bathe, or wash my head. I'm nursing a sinus infection and trying to survive rural life without my husband to help me.

    How much can one take?

poor little thing ,,, now this process and sinus infection sorry about this !!

  10. hey guys,

just checking in to say hello and tell you i miss you all! i know i am getting divorced and no longer coming to America, but i still miss coming and reading about your journeys each day, so i am popping in now and then to let you know i am thinking of you all.

as i got to the end of the process, before realising that it was wrong for me and my life ahead, it was still a big part of my life and i have made some great friends here.. so i just wanted to say good luck and best wishes to everyone with a December interview and my June filer buddies too!

    xoxox

news on my front, i am doing okay, and i am organising the divorce from here in Australia, because hubby hasnt been very helpful with that part... and i have no idea how divorce works in America.

    well, take care!!

    d xxxx

Contact the county government in the county he lives in (it is usually done at the county level, but it might be at the state level in his state, but the county can get you started). At least here in Washington, they are very helpful about providing information on the procedure.

    Mark

Hi donna , glad to hear from you , ohh do they not have a devorce filing by posting in australia? this is a file where you file where you don't know where your ex where abouts or when he does not want to sign on the devorce papers , !! do they do this in australia ?

  11. we have your back. what time is his interview in eastern time? if it is not too late in the evening, i will try to stay up with you.

Thanks, Miss K. We can pop corn. :pop: heeheheheee

Actually, his interview will be at about 8:15 a.m. EST. So I'll have to go to work and wait for a phone call.

My mind is so darned cruel. I know not to expect that miracle approval, and yet, my heart just hopes and prays, no matter how much I chastise myself.

i am a strong believer of miracle too,, but i have a question for you when showing up with the waive will it be granted right away or you still have to wait for that ,,, i want to including my prayer in this!

  12. OMGOMGOMGOMG. OKAY. Turns out we REALLY have to expedite now. My husband is getting deployed to Japan in June 2010. IM SO EXCITED. :D

Wow, so you get to live in Japan??!!!!

YES. FOR 2 WHOLE YEARS. :D I'm SOOO happy. I am the biggest fan of Japan, anime, you name it!! And I'll probably learn the language quickly too since it's a passion and I'll be immersed in it!! But yeah, I have to be there no later than April. So we have to expedite it so I can be there asap. I'll just stay at my mother in law's house until we get the official orders. :D!

Wow, what a great experience! How fun! I have a friend who lives there (an English teacher) and she loves it!

ohhhh that is great you guys are getting the visa on hand already ,,,,,

This is to make you guys laugh!!! ,, today i told my husband " honey we are gonna start mock interviewing between me and you lol ,, he said " babe, i am scared of you, than the officer at the embassy give me two days to study lol i said okay sir be ready by next wednesday !! we both laughed ,, i miss him he is just so cute and so intelegent !! ( some reason my husband is very confident about this interview than any other interview he had in the past and i am the opposite , but we are ready to get it over with !!!!!

  15. So what's everyone bringing to the interview? Or your spouses? I'm going to the interview too so I've been printing off sappy emails (but not as many as I sent to USCIS!) since we got married...and I'm bringing a photobook. I think that's it!

ohh finn,, we need to add you on the list ,, for interview date,, oh we are preparing

    1/ emails

2/ personal random pictures , any kind , photo with his mom, photo with his the pets, am just saying pic in general lol

3/ itenary when i traveled to see him ( just for the hack of it we won't loose any thing for having it handy)

    4/ phone bills

5/ if you have bills you show you paid while traveling etc.

for now that is all i got

other evidence that you think would help would be good to have it handy ,, they won't be upset for proof of relationsship

  16. does any one know if they forward doc that was sent to uscis to embassy ,, i had emails , some phone logs and other important evidence that i failed to make copies when i sent the to uscis at the I130 stage . now i email embassy they said they won't look at our files till the day of the interview, i called nvc ,, they don't know what on earth the receive from uscis, ( well i was not surprised they did not know ) that is them " the answer is always " we don't know !!! we don't know !! are they gonna know any thing ever ??????

so now i want to make sure my husband have those evidence at the interview so does any one have this experience where you get your sent doc at the interview help please !!!!!!!!!!!

Well, my fedex box to USCIS was 7 lbs., and my package from NVC to the embassy was only 2...so my stuff couldn't have been in there! That might be a good thing, because my hubby would fall over if he was handed a bunch of binders full of exhibits!!!

    You weighed it???

Hey, hubby got his Social Security Card today... But when he realized it was just a piece of paper/card and not laminated he was so dissappointed... Said "even blockbuster laminates their cards, if it is so damn important you would think they put plastic on it"....!! I laughed and said I would laminate it for him!

your husband's attitude is just like my husband's lol ,,, he would have said this exact same comment about this,, your husband is right though ,, hahahha ,, any ways things are rolling for you guys !! thankgod !!!
