She was just given a checklist of what documents that need to submit but an Affidavit of support was not one of them.It was just a 2009 IRS,W-2 sorry i forgot the other one but just related with his income.I think her fiancee is going to far something on the embassy manila asking for what will be the possible steps to do.

She said there was no other paper or second page on it. So they dont know what exactly to do.

I know her fiancee has enough to support her but if he do not get into the poverty guidelines he already have his father as a co-sponsor and in fact they have it forwarded in Manila Embassy that time my friend went back to submit the lacking documents.

I was trying to get them call the DOS but do not think they will but at least he did call the US embassy manila and said to send something when i ask my friend she cant tell me what the embassy was asking..Oh i dont know now:(

she can get a waiver, but she needs to know why they think tyhis is the case... it may be because of her or because of the USC... read the above think to see what its all about and then talk to the friend to get a better insight into the possible issues present..

Well i doubt there was an issue about her too.Because she was working in Kuwait years ago; she do not have a Kuwait clearance, would that matter?

I need help for my friend.

She was asked to submit some (lacking) documents. She did but still not heard anything from them, and i told them to call them Embassy , her fiancee called the embassy and the CO told him to check the post office because they are mailing a letter/something. My friend went to the post office and got the letter and it says like this " we are unable to issue an immigrant visa because you have found ineligible under the following and so on..."

How is she going to fix about this 212(a)(4)???

What are the possible ways so they can continue their papers or her visa???

Like i said before the type of visa i went through was K-3. This is the same petition we had the first time which was the year 2007.

Ok because he do not know what to ask, so now I will tell him. But do we have to wait for another couple of days or few days before calling them?

And i have read some on VJ that it takes 2-3 weeks especially for those who lives in a province because i live in a province and out from Manila.

No I am not getting 221(g) I dont think that is how i call it.

Like what you have read I have my interview last may 21 and when i was in my final interview the consul told me to wait for my name to be called outside and they are going to tell me what a lacking document/s i am going to submit and how to pass it. So when my name was called again the filipino guy told me nothing to worry because they only need my nbi clearance with aka because my middle name in nso birth was a wrong one but i got it corrected before I applied to get my passport. What they want me to do is they want me to get the wrong middle name in nbi office. I got it and went back to the embassy last may 26 and they said they will review my papers and thats it. Anyway last may 21 they told me to go to air21 and registered so i did and have a tracking number but i dont know now coz it is 8 days since i have submitted my nbi with aka and still got nothing (am counting saturdays and sundays).

NBI clearance with A.K.A but already submitted it.

Am still waiting....

Thats ok....Anyway get all the required papers and simply arrange them but do not staple them instead use a paper clip so it will be easy for the NVC/Embassy people because what happen sometimes they picked out one of the document that they wanted to see/check/ or stay with them.

You will see it there I mean the total income something like that; that is what you will need to write on #25 for the 3 recent years I believe you can read it on the very first page of the irs papers...Good luck

I wanted to know if how much is the visa application fee for IR-1? Is it 131 $ or 400 $??? Help!!!!

Says K-3 is 131$, well then K-3 turns to be IR-1, now am confused for this fee...
