    You check box a. since you have an approved I-130.

    Yes, the fee is $1,010.

    That covers the application fee $930 and the biometrics fee $80 for the I-1485. You also apply for the I-765 (Employment Authorization Document, or EAD) at the same time so the fee for that is waived. No need to file I-131 (Advanced Parole), K3 visas are multiple entry visas.

    Since you are k-3 also , are you doing the same thing i mean that box a, am sorry if i asked this for several times.

    Hello! No update on mine yet. We haven`t submitted anything to the embassy as of now.

    What about your friend? How`s her papers?

    I think her husband fax some documents dont know exactly what are they and they are waiting for the response brom the embassy.They got her passport still.

    Hi, I also got the same exact form after my interview yesterday.

    The releasing officer said this can be overcome if we can show more evidence that petitioner can support me.

    Hi, how was your papers? Have you forwarded some documents on the Embassy yet and what did they say???

    Had CFO last 2007 so what i did as i get my visa i went to CFO office to get a sticker stamp on it..Oh it was a long long flight. I met some good people during my flight and they helped me a lot and guided me what to do next.

    I wanna thank you Darnell for all the information you've given to me , thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

    Now we will start gathering all the info for AOS but first thing we are going to do for now is we will get my health insurance and my SSN and from there the AOS...

    I would say paper clips are much easier and better to look at but also whoever the CO that will be interviewing to you then they could easily find the documents or proofs.I would not suggest that having a hole and binding it together is a good idea :unsure:.I know how it goes in the US Embassy in Phils., and I am not so sure about there but since you have it already just continue it as long as you have all the proofs will be alright.

    Nope, she was not given any instructions or a second page, that was the only thing that the embassy mailed to her. But what are the papers that your fiancee are preparing? I was reading your post did you say that they return your passport? Because on my friend the embassy still got her passport.
