    i would say yes mstee..

    in my research on the board.. sometimes you get a IO that thinks they hold merit, other times not..

    my IO would not look at the letters from others i noticed, she didn't say it, she just left in on the desk when i offered it ..

    she was more interested in the official stuff..

    Girl, that man is crazy! :lol: Since he has been here I have NEVER had so much food in the house! My sister comes over to go "shopping" from my freezer and pantry! :lol: He actually realized the other day that he hasn't been hungry since he's been here...cause there were those times when he would go a week or maybe more w/ no food....I told him the least I could do was not let him starve while he was here! :unsure:

    LOL.. that is ONE thing my kids love roger for.. he always make sure its some food in the house..

    they ate some dumpling and eggs sat morn.. hmm better than mama's cereal or donuts from the shop down the street :whistle::rofl:

    Dr Arnold is now retired. I was reading alot of threads where immigrations was giving the doctor a hard time because people weren't being seen in the office.... Poor thang, forced into retirement.....

    Lady C, what's next on the chain of events for you and hubby?

    i kinda thought that would be an issue for him..

    well i hope you don't get an RFE.. but if you do decide to look into the medical.. there is prolly somebody that will transcribe ur shot record right in ur own area (for more than Dr Arnold of course)

    i called 10 places on the list ($300/$250) b4 i looked up one our lighter shade of brown brothas who would charge $60 to transcribe roger's shots to the medical. unfortanately he didn't have his shot record so we paid bout $160..

    there could be some reasonable options if you forsee a RFE..

    I can't answer your question about requesting a new NOA but I hope next time, whatever document you receive, make copies of it by scanning or photocopying.

    we weren't off on thurs at first either nat.. but i guess somebody high up got some holiday cheer, we were just let off a couple of weeks ago

    d.. you should start while ur working girl.. doesn't the bride have to give you a down payment to help pay for stuff.. only thing you gotta start off with is some cards to the get word out right?? Let this be your year of action girl.. you really love it and would be good at it i think

    Q I hope he doesn’t plan on doing that to them for the holidays. Man there Xmas will be horrible!

    d.. you know he has never been big on holidays so he won't make or break it.. his mom, dad and HOSTS of aunts, uncles, cousins always come over to the house (my old house :whistle: ) and have xmas, the kids LOVE it with them.. food, dancing and lots of kids.. they don't even miss him..

    otherwise you know i would be over there getting my babies.. :angry:

    philly girl, im counting down too. and we are just at 50 degrees, LOL.. i don't like the winter.. but praise God anyhow.

    had a blast this weekend.. my likkle girl was in the play and did FABULOUS!!! no thanks to her dad tho.. i ended up going to pick them up from the house myself, thankfully he wasn't there...and dropped them back after service..

    YES he is STILL at the house.. he did not give me the key either.. i NOR my kids had seen or heard from him by sun, they have been staying at the house w/ his ppl.. so i guess he gonna stay till they put him out.. HECK IF I KNOW

    i am washing my hands of it and just will save like a maniac so that my money will talk instead of my credit when im ready to buy another house in a year or two..

    enjoy philly.. i would love to be at home, even in the snow.. i think???

    after you get ur NOA's for your apps

    then you will get a biometrics appt for ur hubby to get his pic and fingerprints done

    thats when the waiting starts..

    the appt is usually 30 days from the notice.. then you get the ead few days/weeks after that, along w/ the advanced

    parole..

    then you get interview notice OR notice that you have been transferred to CSC where you don't have to have an interview

    hi greg..

    been researching your issue and most of the ppl in our situation(AOS from visitor/student/work visa) checked BOX A, but that is if they either file for i130 and i485 at the same time (me) OR they have an NOA for an i130 already filed and send it in..

    is your I130 is still pending or do you have your approval/NOA???

    w/out that concurrent filing status OR the i130 NOA, im not sure..

    go to this link where ppl are filing JUST like us and ask, and you WILL get ur answer, i know this is an easy question, it just hasn't been touched on by someone in that situation yet..stay encouraged

    hey 1luvv, nothing going on here, just looking for work, well not as aggressive as we could, cuz we are going oot for xmas, but we are sending his resume left and right, so far, no takers..

    maybe the new year will bring blessings in that area..

    good morning, to further the situation, the child has stolen from Walmart and had gotten away with it in the past.... :blink: #######??? her mom said she is going to let God handle it.... :blink: likkle more yall

    hmmmm I have a problem with that response.....I know ...I know.... that may cause some waves in here but hear me out..... I do believe that God will see you through the good and bad times but to totally put all the responsibility on GOD>>??? hmmm NO. As a parent she needs to deal with the situation by accessing all available resources around (lecturing, punishments, community service, .....) AND prayer....

    i agree jam.. God assigned us as keepers of these children while they are w/ us.. that sounds like a mama that has given up.. thats unfortunate, esp since she sounds like she's not THAT bad

    alright im out ladies.. FUN weekend ahead!! i hope LOL
