    My dear, that's the way it works here. Why dont you join them, that would be a good support group and it will develop your interpersonal skills before you move to the US. They can even advise you how K1 visa works and the waiting period for each step. Who knows there might be Filipinas in that thread. ;)

    Yeah Ive noticed that. Many Filipinas attempted to start a May 09 filers thread pero they were directed to the link above. Masaya nga me kabercks, hope you find one.

    oo naman sis masaya un talga kc matagal na kyo magkakakilala dba pagnagkita eh hindi na prang nakakaasiwa kc matagal na kayong nagkakausap dba khit ol lang... hehehe.. pero meron na kong 3 na nameet halos magkakasabay kami aya happyne tagla hehehe.. sige ingat po.... :innocent:

    [/size]my fiance is 18, but she is from Philippines. Her family never registered her birth till 2005. When they did her sister filled out the form put down wrong birthday. She put 1992 instead of 1990. This is now offical with nso. This also only makes her 16. Needless to say i am quiet a bit older than her. I live in New York and it is legal to marry at 16 here with parents permission. I know that this is not a problem. My problem i want to know about is can i still apply for fiance visa for her since now she is listed as only 16 going 17? Please help.

    oh hi... just read ur question here... u know here in the phil. u can change all the information on her bc, all u ahve to do is go to the local registrar ofc. where she was born then apply for change of info. on her bc, and then pay for the fee, they will forward it to the nso main ofc. .... then after the process she will have her real b-day date... :thumbs:

    yep i know, thank's but i just want to know people here who filed petition this may 09 for us to get to know each other and share what's happening to our docs., and who know's one of us might have the same time of the result of the petition if they want to have friends during their medical and interview then it will be easy for us to get to know who they want to be with on that time hehehe.. (kabercksss!!!) nyahahaha....thank u, that's all.... :bonk:

    Im anxious, excited, nervous, positive, worried.... sleepless hehehe :wacko: I hope we get our NOA1 this week.. i just want to have our case number...

    hay naku f1 gurl oo nga eh kc nakakainip mag-intay.. ang hirap talga pag alam mo na me inaantay ka hehehehe... sana this week me noa1 na din kami at least alam na namin ang case no. namin dba.. hehehe... yes good luck to all of us who filed the k1 this may in uscis.. hopefully mabilis ang process and all of us will have a good result...

    OUR PACKET RECEIVED LAST MAY 4 IN VSC UNTIL NOW ..WERE STILL WAITING FOR OUR NOA1..ANY ONE HERE WHO ISSUED NOA1 ALREADY ??

    hoi... wala pa rin po ako hehehe.. don't worry darating ding sa atin , let's just wait ok.. kc wla pa namang 2weeks.. dba... sabi nga nila eh minsan mabilis talga... pero as i read here, usually really take 2 weeks b4 we have it.... God bless us all!!!!! :thumbs::innocent:

    hello... just want to ask here how many days should we recieve our noa1?, we sent it last may 01 and yet no heard from uscis?

    It's too early to worry..Just wait 1 to 2weeks and you will receive your NOA1.

    Did ur fiancee try to track the I-129F package he sent?

    Hi Guys! Another Pink Slip today :) Arrived Embassy at 7:30am. In waiting area 7:40am. 8am a lady check the 2 ds-156, one 156k and 2 ds 157 form.

    She requested that i sign the ds 156k, waited for number to be assign, 8:23 assigned number (7038) and turn in all the ds forms at the ticket booth. They gave me an Air 21 address form to fill out. 8:50 called for finger scanning at window 33. I was sitting almost 2 hrs before i went to window 20 for Pre screening. The Pre screener ask me how we met and He wanted to know how many times my fiance visited me.He wanted to know any previous married of my fiance and how many children he had. He ask me why i love my fiance. He wanted to see some photos too. and he ask for my Nbi clearance, Cenomar and 1 birth certificate from NSO. He requested the I-134 with all the supporting documentation. as well as the 2008 Income Tax Return. Then 11:20 , I went to window 32 for the interview. We waited 10 minutes outside the CO office. Me and my fiance went in at 11:30, The CO asked me how do i feel? "I said im nervous Sir" He had me swear that everything on the application was all true.He then ask my fiance to leave the room and he would be call of needed for further information.

    Questions:

    What is the job of my fiance?

    Is he currently working

    He ask how me met

    How many visits

    How many times he been married before

    How many kids he had

    My fiance Birthday/Age

    He also ask any previous marriages that i had and if i had any children

    After the question , he looked at the I-129f photos and then he entered some info into his computer. after going thru some documentation. He said he had no further questions, everything look good and your visa is approved, He said at the end " Goodluck on your life in America" The Co officer was very nice, The Interview went smoothly, done by 11:38, The Co ask me to sit in the waiting area and wait for my number for further instruction. 11:45 I went to window 37, the lady instructed me to pay the Air 21 visa delivery. The pink slip was attached and given to me.11:50 paid 215 pesosfor Air 21 for visa delivery(FINISHED). :dance:

    Despite all the nervousness and anxiety, Once i started talking to the CO everything felt natural... To all who facing the interview process remain calm and be confident and leave your worries outside on Roxas blvd. hehehehe

    GOD IS GREAT!!!!!

    OH IC OK.. THANK U FOR THE REPLIES HERE... BUT CAN'T UNDERSTAND " DEPENDS HOW THE CONSUL WORK?" .. AND HOW I COMPLETE MY DOCS. OF COURSE B4 I WILL GO TO THAT INTERVIEW I'LL MAKE SURE THAT THE DOCS. ARE COMPLETE, AND THEY WIL NOT APPROVED IT IF THERE'S LACKING ON MY DOCS... :bonk:

    Hi VJers,

    I got my visa last night. Exactly 8:00 in the evening. Thank you all for your help.

    I have one question though, one of the corners is missing on the visa envelope and is exposing the papers inside. Is this normal?

    wow congratz!!!!! by the way how many days b4 u received the visa? :thumbs:
