You can travel but there's some smartass people in immigration will tell that u can't and will hold you on line , so just explain to them
carefully with calm Voice lol.

For god heaven sake! Oh btw your the one needs to have medical and security clearance To go to Philippines not her>.> bcoz since we're in military and not base (not deployment business ) in the Philippines. They need to brief you in some places that you can only go and not to go. I guess that's what ur first SGT talking about.
Just be careful there and have fun.

The next base order is getting relocated. A deployment is when someone goes to war.well you see being alone while your partner is oversees or being in different states is a part of this life style.how it goes, is your fiancée leaves for Texas, you get your visa paperwork and interview all out of the way, you fly to Texas, you get married, then he gets deployed to a war zone, the real deployment, for real. Now if the us citizen is getting deployed, you can expedite and it will 99.99% get approved. From the looks of it you be eligible for expedite for your green card after you come to the states. Fort Worth is a regular old army base. The reason people get jealous, IF they do, is because there is an air man getting stationed in an army base. Don't worry. And if you had any questions feel free to ask others here or if you need emotional support message me , I know my immigration knowledge isn't complete , so it's better if you ask others and make sure as well.
lol i hate being stationed in AF base ( but the DFAC food is the best specially breakfast compare to army base)..

Umm no, you get expedited when the armed forces partner is getting deployed, regardless of your visa , green card or citizenship status, because you will be left in the states alone.you won't be able to go to the war zone but that's not why or how expediting works.
Shes asking if they can expedite her with fiance visa!!!! shes not married to us military personnel. thats why i suggest TRY TO ASK IF THEY CAN EXPEDITE HER COZ SHES ONLY APPLYING FOR FIANCE VISA.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah Thank you guys for the replies! It made me feel a lot better but I still am concerned about my future address.
We put his next base in Texas for my future address because we thought we would not get our NOA2 by he leaves here which is on January 22. Do you think that's fine to do? but we didn't put his order in our package. I'm guessing we should have done it??? And we're currently thinking to call military help line this weekend. But here's a problem. That is a deployment to go to Fort Worth, Texas but how can we expedite our case? If he is now in the states and going to Afgan or somewhere in a few months for a year then things would be different but how could we? If we expedite our case, it would be just awesome! cuz the waiting is so hard even though I know Love is patient. Even though he leaves here in Jan, I cannot leave here till March 1st due to my school. It would be nice if I can go to the states to see the love of my life right after my graduation.
thank you for helping us!<3
try to do expedition but your not married to USC military personnel , your just fiance , .... if u want to expedite your case , get marry now in japan, its more easier , less hassle, expedition will be granted!!!!!!!!
in case of him going to war zone area. they will not give you expedition bcause he will be deploy in war zone , govt will not allow you to go with him in war zone........... for sure you dont want to go there either.

well i talked to my battle yesterday , he was married also in pinas . he said he goes to philippines and visit his fiance, bring his military ID, birth certificate , money, then decide to get married there. he didn't get any documents from the CO saying his cleared too everything. well what he did after marriage , he expedite the NSO marriage certificate to show to AGR sgt to update ur DEERS. then process the CR1 ...
-
btw tell to ur 1st sgt that the security clearance investigation is only for those foreigner that join the military not the spouse that who is in military...... unless shes a terrorist
-
your 1st sgt dont know anything about this lol. ask the military hotline .. but most likely just bring your birth cert. your military ID . once you arrive there you can get your legal capacity to get married in US embassy. so you can start to process your marriage requirements.
-
its up to them if they will transfer ur paper into hot line for military members, im quiet sure that they will not allow you to go with him in afghan or iraq lol. so you dont need to rush your paper works.,
-
hmmmm,, call the military hotline 1 877 247 4645 and tell them that what is wrong. they will tell u what you need to do.
i just don't understand why you didnt put on his work experience that his in military.
-
who wants to apply citizenship? who is in military?
-

i never heard about expediting in fiance visa but you never know... changing base address is not going to be a problem as long he has a order form stating that ft.worth is his next base ... call uscis to update his status...
-

i have a friend that come here to US with PR through marriage . he was engr in philippines and making good money there. when he got here , he was frustrated bcoz no ones want to hired him he tried every single company , theyre saying the same thing all over and over. he thoughts he will be engr here also bcoz his licensed in philippines, well its not. people thinks they will have same profession when they move to other countries, its not bcoz u r a foreigner , ur licenses in other countries cant transfer unless u take another board exam and upgrade ur profession. its the same in RN, dentist, therapist or what ever profession u have u still need to take another upgrade to ur profession. thats means u need to start again .. im not arguing im just saying whats my opinion.
-
well look how many graduated immigrants complaining about migrating to us/canada that dont have job or they cant get the job they want, unless they got lucky that they know someone in the company .... its on statistic now.. if u came from the countries that their graduated college school is the same as the standard to US they will accept it but if not they will give u the lowest position or minimum wage. im just saying, but it doesnt mean will happen to everyone but most of the immigrants getting hard to get a job that they want...
-
cashier while going to school >.> hahaha and now USAR
-
tsk tsk tsk... if he has degree from other countries it doesn't mean that he will get the same field here in usa. of course everyone needs to start from the scratch again. if his thinking why other foreigners have good a job here in us maybe bcoz they comes here with working visa and not PR. if he wants to have a good job , upgrade his education.. he only been here for 10 months or so, he should enjoying you ....
