Yes it is "Notice of Intent to Revoke".

Do you have friends and family that you have discussed this relationship with?  Affidavits from as many of them as possible with details of what they know about your relationship can help.

Have you mentioned your relationship on any social media where you can show timestamped posts?

I'm pretty sure you can get your logs directly from Viber.  Try contacting the company directly.

a us citizen. today my wife had my interview and she got passed on it. she received a card which says to make profile and choose pickup location. as long as i know we can pick up location on non-immigrant visa. i tried to make profile but goes  to apply for non immigrant visa form. the card is here

This looks fake.   A U.S. government entity is unlikely to direct you to a .com website.

ustraveldocs.com is a private website that is not affiliated with the U.S. government.  Did you wife use a private service to help her apply for the visa? That card is definitely not something that came from the U.S. government.

You are arguing with someone that has been on VJ for a very long time and only gives good, helpful and honest information to those who seek it.

We do NOT give advice for people to lie about their intent. We do NOT condone immigration fraud. Knowing that you plan to AOS on an ESTA, regardless of age, is inappropriate and condoning it is treading a fine line with the TOS of this website.

I wasn't condoning anything, I am just explaining the way the law is applied.

My wife is Brazilian. We live here in USA, and have no problems. However, my wife has made friends with another Brazilian that is desperately in need of help. Her friend lives in a distant state. She came here 4 months ago on a tourist visa. She married the American that paid for her plane tickets. She is also here with two kids  that are also hers. What started out seeming like a good relationship turned bad. He has went as far as putting her and her kids outside in the freezing cold during an heated argument. She doesn't know English, has no phone, no money and he is more or less holding her hostage in the fact she wants to go back, has no money, no job to go back to in Brazil, can't drive here...He leaves and comes back every other day or so. She thought about going to a shelter for help, since the food is limited, but was told by the shelters lawyer that she will be illegal in a few days, since her spouse has not filed papers to acquire a green card, so would be better off staying at her spouses house.

I know that there are some very knowledgeable people on this site, and am hoping you guys can give me some advice to pass on to her. I know, as well as she knows, she chose to marry on a tourist visa, which is illegal to do, but want to know if there is anything she can do at this point, or just continue being abused...   Thanks in advance!!

If she is married to a US citizen and he is abusing her, she can file an I-360.  She needs to be able to document the abuse, but if she can prove it she can get a green card as the self petitioning spouse of a United States citizen.

Thank you everyone for the answers! Here is the thing, the mother of the child have never been married before and he is the biological father of the child, HE is the one that was legaly married (separated) when his child born. For lack of information he never applyed for his son's citizenship and he was already a naturalized citizen for over 5 years when his son born.

There is another chalenge for his case, he just told me that he have no idea of were his citizenship certificate is nor does he know what a A# is (I had to explain that to him...lol). Can he use his American passport only for the application? Is this a big problem? Is it possible to request a copy of his certificate? I know I can help him to file the I-130 but I have no idea of how is the process for the son's citizenship request.

He's going to have to file a N565 and get a new naturalization certificate.  A passport is a travel document, USCIS doesn't normally accept a passport as proof of citizenship.

    Hi All,

I have few questions relating to I-130, I-485 and I-864. Questions are as follows:

    1) I-130 Page 5 Beneficiaries Physical Address - The beneficiaries physical address should be where the beneficiary is currently residing i.e. US address?

    2) I-485 Page 2 Question 23.c. Status on Form I-94 (for example Class of Admission or paroled etc) It says on I-94 that the status is B2 but the form won’t let me enter B2 but allows me to put ‘class of admission’. Is that ok?

    3) I-485 Page 4 Section 3 Part 14 My parents have visited me on a tourist visa four times in the past few years and stayed with me for about 5 months each time. Do I need to mention the physical address for all those periods while they were on a visit to the USA or just the current physical address(USA Address) and the physical address abroad where they actually lived for many years

    4) I-485 Page 6 Section 4 Part 1.a. Date of Birth of Parents’ Parents (My Grand Parents) is unknown since there were no records at that time. We are talking about early 1920s or 1930s. And my parents don’t have their birth certificates because of the same reason that people didn’t keep records at that time in third world countries I am leaving it blank. Is that ok?

    5) I-864 Page 5 24.a. 24.b. 24.c. I am the only principal sponsor, but filed tax returns jointly. Is it ok to send Tax returns? It shows combined income of me and my wife (My wife is not the sponsor, I am the only sponsor).  Should I mention only my salary or combined salary as on W-2 in section 24.a. 24.b. 24.c?

    6) Parents proof of Marriage- Marriage certificate is unavailable. They got married in 1970s and its hard to find records of any sort from that period. Only proof I have for their marriage is Family Registration Certificate. It shows the family tree along with date of birth and relationships within the family tree (Husband, Wife, Father, Mother etc) Is that enough to show they are married and that I am their child. Its government issued document.  Will that work?

    Thanks all in advance

    1.  Yes, if they are currently living with you in the US (which they must be if you're filing concurrently) then you list the address where they currently reside.

    2.  They have been admitted as a B2/Visitor.  Will it let you say visitor?  Or admitted?  Just make sure you include a copy of the I-94.

    3.  I would just list the overseas address where they officially lived.  They were just visiting you.  They can always mention their visits at the interview.

    4.  I would just put UNK.

    5.  Yes, send your joint taxes.  They prefer transcripts. If your salary meets the requirements, you can just list your income on the 864.

    6.  It just depends on the country.  Is that document valid proof of marriage in the related country?  If so then it will be fine.
