Good points, I think regarding the handgun issue, it has to be made more difficult for someone to own one. If they want a handgun so badly to protect themselves then they'll jump through all the necessary hoops to do so. It's just common sense, some measures that could be implemented before owning one could be:
1) Must pass a Criminal Background Check
2) Must go on a firearms training course, learn how to use, store and own the weapon safely.
3) Must pass a psychiatry evaluation.

If only those firefighters "good guys" were armed.

Better start deporting "some" of those "Americans" who want some form of gun control.

Obviously the 2nd amendment is far more important to these people than the 1st amendment. I don't like Piers Morgan but the man has a right to air an opinion.

Attacks the constitution? I can see nowhere in his statements where he is attacking the constitution of the USA. He's been saying what the majority of Americans have been saying since the school shooting and that is to ban assault weapons. He's made it very clear that he has no issue with a US Citizen defending their own home.

There lies the problem, anyone who is mentally unstable cannot get access to mental health care or any form of health care in this country because its so expensive. It's just easier to buy a gun, in their minds its the only way out. This is why incidents like this never hardly occur in Western Europe because of universal healthcare where its affordable for all citizens.

Dragging the USA into the 20th century and Republicans obsessively Filibustering

True, how can a President implement any job creating initiatives if the bills themselves aren't even considered in the House or filibusted (in record numbers by Republicans in the Senate). Obama isn't the problem, it's congress.

There are times I don't agree with Michael Moore but on this occasion he is spot on. Point two stands out like a sore thumb, I've never seen a westernized country like the USA display so much paranoia and fear from its own media and politicians.
