what is that 2 month test in St. Lukes? The sputum test?

I already submitted the AOS and IV packets. NVC received them July 20 and 22nd respectively. I called and they said it will take them 6 to 8 weeks to review it. Is any body out there waiting for their docs to be reviewed like me?

we have the same case for filling the AOS. You have to fill up I-864 and I864a for your husband. You don't have to have alot of money in the bank nor your parents. You just have to meet the poverty line limit.

if your mom income is above the poverty line,she doesn't need for her husband to fill up 1864a even they file taxes together

what you need to submit are baptismal certificate,school records,or a written letter by 2 people who knew the birth of your child and ut should be notarized too

yeah,or give them your SS# and it will show up there that you are here legally. Some people who are againts this law is stupid. 9/11, they are illegal immigrants who killed thousands of people in the US. so,do you want to make your country a safe place for you to live in? I just can't understand these people who are againts it. If you are here legally, there is nothing to worry about! Hope AZ bill be done to all 50 states! I do understand how many Filippino ppl will think they fit the demographic, ah? Something about being brown with a spanish-sounding surname - sure - that'd be really scary, I suppose, to think one fits that demographic - since 'the fear' in AZ stems from being an illegal alien from Mexico - being both brown with a Spanish-sounding surname. I get that part, really.

I did read the law that AZ will be using on July 29th - that 'reasonable suscipicion' really should not bother anyone who is here, legally. It really shouldn't. What's the worst case scenario for a legal immigrant? Left the green card at home, gets detained, some relative brings it in, gets cleared up and out BEFORE ICE has a chance to check his/her status at the detainment center.

I think your visa number is available if NVC is asking you to pay for AOS. Sometimes the bulletin is late in updating the priority dates. You should let your mom call NVC and ask the status of the application

I paid my AOS fee July 8. Then I got my IV fee bill and paid (same bank account) it on July 12 and got a paid status on the 13th. I already checked with my bank and $70.00 has been debited to my account on July 9th. I called NVC and they said they will report it to a supervisor and should take 15 days. Has anything like this happened to you?How long did it take to resolve it?Thanks alot

When I sign in to the NVc website,it is showing there that I can pay the Iv fee biil. The ds3032 has been accepted but I haven't received an IV bill fee email. Can I pay the IV fee now or should I wait for the IV fee bill?

My NVC case # was assigned Jylu 2 and I registered our email addresses July 6. Until now I haven't recevived the aos fee bill nor the ds3032. until when should I wait? Thank you!

My notice date is June 23 and until now,NVC still hasn't received my case. How long should I wait?

My husband has paid both the AOS and IV fees, sent in the Affidavit of Support and now we are submitting the packets for both of his parents. Do we have everything that needs to be submitted, or is there something missing:

1. Completed, Signed & Dated DS-230

2. 2x2 pictures

3. Original & Certified Police Certificate for each parent

4. Original & Certified Marriage Certificate (a copy was added to his mother's with a note stating that the original is in his father's case, as both cases are linked)

5. Original & Certified Birth Certificate for each parent

6. Copy of Parent's Biographic page of Passports

Do we also need to submit my husband's original Birth Certficate in the packet? Do we only send originals, or do we need to send copies along with the originals. Any knowledge/help would be greatly appreciated.

yes he needs to send his Birth certificate and your marriage certificate(petitioner).all should be originals or certified copy

I called USCIS and the email I got was sent to me by mistake.so I don't have an RFE.

Illegal Immigrants use their kids born in the US so that they can stay in the US. And we, the taxpayers, pay for the food stamp,healthcare,education. So, is that fair to us???? Laws in AZ about Illegal Immigrants should be applied to all states in the US.
