My interview is done an hour ago, but the consul returned my passport, and she gave me a paper that I shoyld returned back to the embassy on Monday - Thursday to submit the papers.

Consul said that the income tax is not enough for 5 dependents, 2007 income tax shows that the income is only $15,000 and they need $31,000 for 5 dependents.What should I do now.Pls i really really need your advice on what to do in this matter.

My sister also experienced that, 3times , and she received her GC, 2 days after the last fingerprinting.

There reason is that there is an error in her case number, they put 2 instead of 0 , in one of her case number.

Try to call them and ask for an update.

Well, after 4/hrs @ the embassy, my bebekoh got the pink slip!!!(yesterday)

Now the wait for the delivery of the visa starts

My fiance commanding officer signed the employment letter, stating his rank,and how many years he is in the army.

I went to Saudi Arabia last July 31, 2007 to work as a nurse and stayed there exactly 6months

and decided to go home and never go back. I met my fiance around May 2008 and he filed K1 last Sept. 2008.

I never knew that i will be needing the police clearance as one of the requirements in the US Embassy. It is impossible for me to

go back to Saudi just to get a police clearance.. Don't know what will i do now?? Please help...

Ok lang yan, my mother use to work in Saudi Arabia, i think (King Khalid ata ung hospital) for 8 years, pero the consul did not ask for her police clearance

Hi, my fiance asked his commanding officer for a vacation, and he is given a 1 month leave, but it change to 2 weeks.Then after 2 weeks he need to return back to Iraq.

The consul just tell her that she can find a really good job, but she is required to return at the embassy to pass the certificate.

My mother's interview appointment is Jan. 16th, I received a copy of the appointment letter as her agent but she hasn't received hers yet. I was wondering where her letter will come from NVC or US Embassy? My letter came from NVC.

Hi, my interview will be this coming January 16, and reading this post makes me nervous.I meet my fiance thru my sister(my sister was still here in the Philippines when we meet)in Yahoo Chat.Another thing is my fiance meet my family personally(father, mother, and siblings in the States before we meet in person), but we started our relationship before my family migrates to the US.

I am nervous that the consul will raise red flags to this, and makes more questioning.

Not anymore. But it helps if you can present historical income during the interview.

The annual income of my fiance does not match the income tax return.

in his affidavit of support it is 32K

then on his incme tax return : salaries and wages its 19, 746
