i'm waiting too, they should fix up the problem with IV fee , they told me to wait 10-15 working days

i called NVC this morning and they told me that our case was transfered to a superviser and that we should wait 15 working days until they resolve the problem so maybe no may interview for us

I would call and bug them everyday...its their fault...you gotta light a match under their behinds and things will get done...don't sit for 2 days like the operator said...just keep calling...atleast everyday...not 10 times a day though...lol

i'll call them everyday until they say it's case completed

i just talked to an operator and she told me that our documents are complete but we have a problem with 400$ fee; i told her that we have paid it and printed out the coversheet, she said that we have paid it before it was invoiced, i answered her that we paid it once it was available to be paid so it is not our fault,she answered that they know that is not our fault but we have to wait until they fix this problem because in their system in one part it shows paid and in another part it shows unpaid, she told me not to worry and to give it just few days until they fix the problem and then our case will be completed and then wait until the second week of april to get an appointement date...

do you think i should keep calling them so they fix it quickly or wait until next week then start bugging them if it is not resolved???

i'm so confused i just checked the AVR system and there was a message saying

" THE NVC HAS REVIEWED YOUR PACKETS OF FORMS AND FOUND INFORMATION MISSING OR INCOMPLETE , THE NVC MAILED A LETTER ON MARCH 23 2009 INDICATING WHAT DOCUMENTATION IS MISSING OR COMPLETE............"

yesterday i talked to an operator and she said that everything is ok and that our case is waiting to be completed that's all and now i found that they sent us RFE what should we do????

WOW! Is this tread of January filers all approved? I prey mine goes as quickly as all yours did. Good luck with rest of journey!!!!!

you never know!!!! just keep hope.....i didn't expect to get approved so quickly but alhamdoulilah everything went smooth and we almost finished the NVC stage, i guess we will get a may interview date

Hi all... finally i got approved too!!! and on my uscis website its still showing pending.... but i checked NVC and they have my case number!! so those who filed in january and still got no NoA2 s check with NVC!!

I didn't get an interview and I have to wait until next month

These are the documents i sent to my husband, he added the IV cover sheet and sent the package

1. 2 Passport-sized photographs

2. Completed and signed form DS-230, Part 1

3. Completed and unsigned form DS-230, Part 2

4. Photocopy of the biographic data page of passport

5. Original birth certificate and its translation

6. Original marriage certificate and its translation

7. Original police certificate and its translation

8. Original court record and its translation

9. Copy of all the above original documents

Did you send all documents ( like marriage certifecate, fiche Entrep.., court record ... to NVC, or you will wait to take it to the embassy.

Plz let me know because we're on the same path

At leaset I can send in the I-864 package because I already paid the $70 AOS fee...right?
