    Are you currently residing in Nigeria ? If yes - not sure how long it takes for you to get a new Police certificate- because there is a 2 month wait between interview letter n interview - this way you can apply for a new certificate once you get IL. if you are residing in a different country other than Nigeria and have never been to Nigeria after your last Certificate was issued then you do not require a new Certificate, your older certificate will be valid provided you do not visit Nigeria until your Interview is conducted. Hope this helps.

    Haven’t seen any ILs for DQ April2024. And the tool is stuck at April 2024. So not sure why but they have slowed down significantly. Though bulletins have been very steady.

    Chargeability- Philippines PD - Feb 2019 DQ- April 2024. not sure if you noticed from this spreadsheet ! Last year - people who were DQ’ed Jan 2023 to May 2023- most got the IL in Aug 2024. Probably they are short staffed due to summer vacations. Just saying !

    Haven’t seen any IL issued for April 2025 from Montreal Consulate. Checked many posts in reddit as well but nothing. EB3 here , April 4 DQ. What I have seen is even though the tool says DQ April 2024, they are still seem to be issuing ILs for DQ Feb 2024/ March 2024, have seen some posts.

    Same here. PD 2019. DQ April 1, 2024. No updates yet. Haven’t seen any recent IL’s since April 2025.
