    I'm sure it's possible, but our attorney said it's highly unlikely at this point that that'd issue a RFE . It's more likely to go straight to the NVC then his noa2.. But anything is possible. I just can't wait until this is done with and we are together.. I WISH that for all of us ✨🙏✨ It seems like this takes forever.

    Oh gosh yes. We spent the better part of 6 months together, he had to leave in January because he was on a tourist visa 😔😩

    Not to, jump on her post, but I also submitted our 129 and just waiting.. I had a question about the clearances, do we need to get these together? I read about but didn't think we'd need that.. Ahhh I'm stressing more now 😂

    Yikes that's really sad for them.. Yeah he's very serious and doesn't offer more information than is asked thankfully.. He's so worried about POE that he wants me to fly to his layover and fly back with him to the US so he isn't alone which I am thinking about doing but I still think he'd be alone when going through customs. But I don't know I've never been on a plane let alone anything like this 😂 Thank you so much for your information I really appreciate it 🙏

    Hello everyone, I know I'm ahead of myself but I'm a Virgo and NEED the organization and to see it play out in my mind 🤦 Ok once my fiance is approved and does his interview and comes over to the US, I know that the visa will be different from a tourist visa but my concern is can he be denied entry and sent back to Indonesia? Can they do this? Has it happened before to a k1 visa holder? I'm sorry for the rambling but this is what's going through my mind at 12:30am 😂 Thank you so much 🙏

    That's awesome!! I'm pretty sure I won't hear anything anytime soon (I'm gonna keep praying and lighting candles) I REALLY hope it goes quickly because my love language is physical touch and this is driving me absolutely insane.. We text every day, we call multiple times a day and we video call but this distance (almost 10k miles) from each other is insane... 😩 Fingers crossed 🤞 best of luck 🍀

    I'm pretty new as well, I've been trying to read a lot on this site to see how everything works. The people are extremely helpful and nice. I filed last Wednesday and my 129 was received on the 19th 😊 I just updated my timeline. Good luck 🍀

    I was just curious if this pertains to us (fiancé and myself) do we need this step is it part of the process? Neither of us have any issues I'm just curious. Also once he gets his interview I believe I read he needs to bring our entire submitted document packet with him to his interview at the embassy. I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section I'm still navigating and learning how to get around on this valuable site. Thank you so much! I know sometimes when I'm waiting for DHL to deliver something to me it will show that it's stuck but it's actually been delivered just hasn't updated in the system. I'll definitely send prayers and good luck vibes 🍀🙏😇

    Hello! I also filed this month, our documents were delivered to the Texas lockbox on this past Sunday. Hopefully I get a notice soon letting me know the USCIS received everything. Good luck 🍀

    Thank you.. Yes he actually has to renew his passport soon. He said that he can't renew it sooner than 3 months before it's about to expire (I'm assuming Indonesian rules 🤷) however I've never actually checked the information myself..
