    Hello I am at the end of filling out the docs for I-130 and the I-130a. I'm a little confused with the part of the I-130a where it asked about an interpreter and preparer. Does anyone know, if I the (petitioner) am filling out the form for my spouse (beneficiary) , can I be the interpreter and the preparer. There's a question on the I-130a that says to use the same person that was listed on the first form...I-130a There was no person used on the first form. I-130 so do I answer this part or no on the I130a Someone please and thank you for any and all responses.
