Applied - ONLINE (both applications) For dad's case - he got the approval letter. For Mom's case - NO UPDATE TILL NOW and it is outside normal processing time. You mentioned putting in a e-request to find out what's up. Can i know how to do this? Thanks

hi i applied for my friend's parents more than 2.5 years before. his dad case was closed but his mum case still no update and showing the case status page like .... "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" also phoned/emailed to uscis through online account and got the reply like "For this type of petition or application you may NOT receive updates online or over the phone." any suggestions what to do? thanks
