Just now status changed to Approved 11:15am 7/16 Manila. How long before issue?

Hopefully not just an automated date calendar. I never saw a receive status. It’s always been status ready since the beginning when NVC sent us the notice to prepare the DS160. Just wondering because others have mentioned it.

I submitted to the inquiry what to do when the medical expires. We’ll see what they will say.

I did via the inquiry form and they ignored it to explain that it is still in admin processing and did not address the medical expiring.

Please help with what to do when the medical expires because the visa is still processing to be delivered. The interview was approved on 7/1/25. No visa yet 14 days later. Medical expires 7/22. What do we do after the medical expires. Are there visa application expenses along with updating medical. What do we need and steps to follow. Your information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Getting down to the wire. No word yet on the visa since 1 July 25. Manila. Flight leaves on the 19th. Pray for us. Thanks.

We are praying it will not take that long. Changing her flight schedule and medical exam will be costly. I’m understanding that she can complete her CFO on the day of booking. This is what I see when I checked CEAC status reads READY case created 10/3/24 updated 7/7/25. So NVC has it. You answered my question about changing the delivery. I will do that. A few days ago I tried logging in to the scheduling portal and I was blocked right away. Thanks and congratulations as well.

I did for 5 weeks. She just passed her interview 7/1/25 waiting for her visa flying out to Seattle 7/19.

Went there. Shows the original message that says Ready for scheduling interview. Nothing else.

Where do I find that? Is that the scheduling portal?

My fiancée passed her interview on 7/1/25. How long is it taking to get the Visa? Will it be quicker to pick up or delivered. Delivery to Lubao, Pampanga. We elected delivery but will pick up if it will save time if it can be changed. She has her ticket booked to leave on 7/19, also medical expiring 7/22. We are waiting for the visa to complete the CFO class she has to attend. We are in a very close deadline and just wondering if we are going to meet her date of departure. We contacted NVC through inquiry form to get an up and informed them of the medical expiring and travel date. I pray for good news as we await. Please share your experience.

Congrats. I too have reached the end of the rainbow and did all the papers and filing for my fiancée in the Philippines and paid for some mistakes because of the lack of proper and accurate instructions. For those reading this when you think you have covered the processing, there will be something missing. I must say that people in chat groups are your best help to reduce your expenses. Now we wait for the arrival of her Visa since the 1st of July when she was approved. Best day of my life. Her medical will expire 22 July and we already booked her flight to Seattle 19 July. She still needs to obtain her counseling with CFO. I just hope we will make it on time before the 19th.

Just wondering. She has her interview set for 7/1 after several setbacks. The first one ,we did not have an Advisory on Marriage certificate. She's a widow and a death certificate was all we thought was needed. Is there anything else needed as she asked the inspector. It appears there was no assistance on this matter and after attending the second time for her interview, now they see on her birth certificate her first name was change. Because of this she has to obtain an AKA of all her papers. This ridiculous verification is absolutely more red tape. Her medical expires 7/20. Yes it has taken this long almost six months of dealing with this bureaucracy. If I had known the issues, we would have waited to get the medical done. Again the system is not clear with the right instructions. It's been a frustrating 6 months. I pray that June 1st will be it.

Will it be the same cost?

Due to the Red Tape of scheduling the K1 Visa Appointment and redundancy in processing, her medical exam might expire. I can't seem to find what the cost would be for the renewal. St. Luke does not reply to inquiries. Please share if you experience.

Wait 5 days for the system to clear. Email or call them if it’s not allowing rescheduling. Close account and start another new. If the system is set, then scheduling can be made.

Today I was able to obtain the interview appointment. So relieved.

This is really pissing me off. Now they tell me after also experiencing the invalid case number I needed to start from the beginning. They said in order to make a reschedule of interview I have to make another biometric appointment to get the interview. Even though she finished her biometric she still have to appear for it. Isn’t this a ridiculous system. She has to travel all the way to Lubao for this. Then appear for the interview on another day. Now I’m blocked from accessing the OFC calendar maybe 24 hours reset. I tried to open the calendar on 1 attempt and I got blocked. I pray that between now and before July 20 she’ll be on the plane before her medical expires. That’s another $500 wasted all because of this corrupted system. Nobody cares.
