    We checked yesterday a DHL waybill number was issued for Fernando. However, when we call CSC they STILL tell us his case his showing as open (no approval, no admin processing, just open) and if it was approved it would show approved! :( but if it was AP it would show that too.

    I saw that when you called the CSC after your interview they told you the consul hadn't made a decision yet? We are being told the same thing.

    Why did you have to go back to Juarez to get your visa? They said they would send us stuff by DHL

    Our souls are both crushed. Next week will mark one year since we sent our K-1 petition. We are still living in limbo, even after our interview, with NO decision, and we are not being told when one will be made. I am this close to losing my mind.

      Monica, I didn´t understand...because the interview says if you pass or not (there is not our case), maybe in Mexico their time of decision is different from here (Brazil), what they said exactly to your fiance?! btw did you go with him to the interview?! everything will work out for you guys!

      Check the usvisa-info page for the airway bill. They kept his passport. That's a very good sign.

      Hey Mon! I called today to ask my DHL number and they gave it to me so It's ready and my bf checked on the DHL webpage and says It's in my city so I'm gonna pick it up later today, you should check yours and hang in there you"ll be approved! God bless you :)

    When you called for the DHL number could they see you were approved in the system? They are still telling us NO decision has been made.

    How did your interview go today? Apparently there was a system problem or so we were told and they could not issue a decision on the spot. Did you have anything similar happen?

    Did your fiance receive a paper via mail or DHL or at the interview stating he is in Admin Processing?

    We were told they "need more informtion from the system" and did not tell us if we are approved or not. does anyone know what this means?

      Hopefully its just a glitch in their system....It is going to be approval!!

      It was good because we're approved! They didn't say anything about the system I was at window 50 and the guy say congratulations you're approved and keept my passport and told me to wait for it on DHL and that was it btw my interview was at 7:15 and I finished at 9:12 am they keept your passport? Or what did they say?

    My honey flies out for his interview tomorrow! even though its not til tuesday. i am getting sooo anxious that everything goes well..there is no reason it shouldn't but with the government u never know what they are gonna do!!

    How are you feeling!? I am nervous too. Fiance flies to CDJ tomorrow and I decided not to go for financial reasons...best of luck to you both.

    Congrats on your visa approval. I just watched your video and it was very helpful! My fiance, Fernando, has his interview on Tuesday and we are hoping everything goes well - so excited!
