not thank of it any more,, we flu back to monterrey and drove back to saltillo, we had not been there for more then 2 hours when they called my cell and told us they need that form and that it has to be done in person, i was so angry, i told them everything and how she did have it and how she did give it to them and how am i going to go back when i just spent all the money i had to do it this time
