And now it's back on the I-485 LOL The "My Progress" tab on Jaycel's I-765 was at 3 months before the biometrics appointment, right after the biometrics it went to 40 months for a week and then went to 7 months for a few days. Then 3 days before she got her approval it went to 14 months.... 🤣

Just checked ours... My Progress tab is gone for us too. Probably just a portal glitch

With the box checked and the blanket waiver code assigned to the COVID vaccine part of your DS-3025, that means your vaccinations are considered complete for the purposes of your AOS. The C3 code indicates the vaccine is contraindicated by the physician due to allergic reaction. Very rarely do USCIS Adjudication Officers overrule a physician on a medical decision. They will on procedural issues or incomplete paperwork but rarely on strictly medical judgement calls like vaccine contraindications. Just send a copy of your DS-3025 as supporting evidence along with your I-485 when you file. As far as filing the AOS within the 90 days, there is nothing that says you have to - HOWEVER if you do not file within the 90 days, once you hit day 91, you are out of status. It's all about your risk tolerance, especially in light of the incoming administration's promise to crack down on those in the country unlawfully. If you file the I-485 and have the receipt number, you are then in a period of "Authorized Stay" until it is adjudicated. I would highly recommend filing before your 90 days has passed.

As far as proving current income - I included the most recent 6 months of my paystubs and a letter from my employer detailing my job title, my salary, my start date and that I am a full-time, regular (not contract) employee. I know some on here say you don't need 6 months of pay stubs but I went by the instructions for Form I-864 which says 6 months and an employer letter to support your current income claim. I gave them all that and we have not received an RFE (yet!) and we filed on November 18th. I would think they would have RFE'd us already if there was a deficiency in the I-864.

You should NOT have listed your wife in Part 4 Item 4 as in item 1 you are accounting for her as the principal immigrant listed in Part 3. You would NOT list your mother in Part 4 either as you already filed an I-864EZ for her. You would just list her in Part 5, Item 6 to properly calculate household size

If it's just the three of you, according to USCIS poverty guidelines, 125% for household size of 3 is $32,275 so you would need to make more than that. Did you include proof of current income? (Paystubs, employer letter)

When did you file the AOS? If you filled out an affidavit of support for your mother then yes you would consider her part of your household size. Did you list her on the I-864 that you filed for your wife as another immigrant that you have sponsored?

No Idea... We were both never married previously when Jaycel went for her K-1 Visa.

There is no email for the online access code but you can go on "Ask-Emma" on uscis.gov and get a live agent and ask them to give you your online access code. Some will and some won't so keep trying if the first agent you get does not give it to you. It took us a couple of tries to get an agent to give it to us.

So happy for you guys If I can give one piece of advice, once she gets to the US, the 90 days is going to go by in a flash and you will be doing yourselves a favor if you start thinking about and planning for the Adjustment of Status process now so that you're not scrambling at the end of the 90 days to get the filing done. We are one of the couples that regret going the K-1 route now that we are doing the AOS process. I wish we had married when I was living with her in the Philippines and gone the CR-1 route. Oh well, hindsight and all

I don't know specifics of the London Embassy and how much of a stickler they are, but if it were me and I had the Bank Statements, I would request the document from Bank of America and proceed with the interview as originally scheduled. I can't imagine them giving you a 221g refusal for that letter, but if they do then you have it in process and can give it to them in the 221g response. I think it wouldn't be more of a delay than rescheduling the interview. Then if they don't ask for it you're good to go! That's just my opinion.

Yes and I forgot to mention that as long as your new, married name is some combination of the names on your marriage certificate then USCIS and SSA will process the name change for you via the AOS forms with no problems. The SS Card you get after the I-765 approval will still have the disclaimer "Valid for Employment Only with DHS Authorization" on it but it will be in your married name. The one you get after the I-485 approval will have that disclaimer removed.

Fill in the married name you want to use in the 'Legal Name" part of the form. Then put your maiden name in the "Other Names Used" part. Then check the yes boxes in the SSA part of the forms and when each one is approved USCIS will notify SSA and they will ship you a new card in your married name. Jaycel's EAD was approved on January 8th and we had her new SS Card in the mail on the 16th with her married name on it.

My wife is from Mindanao and we had her stay in Manila for the whole 3 week process when she did her K-1 Medical and Embassy Interview and wait to pick up her passport from LBC in MoA and that was not fun for her. She got pretty bored and was going a little stir crazy LOL

I did a Web-Ex screen share and we did it together but at the end where they have to electronically sign the form - She logged in herself and signed the form. This is very important that she do it herself. She then "printed" the confirmation to a PDF file and emailed it to herself so she could take it to a print shop and print it to bring to the medical exam and the interview. You also need to fill in the part of the DS-160 that says you helped her fill it out with your information.

That's pretty good by USCIS standards
