  1. Just curious, since your I-765 is now approved, are your cases still showing "Concurrent Filing" or did they separate them now?
  2. Current annual household income, if he is paid weekly, is his gross income per paycheck x 52. As long as you have the paystubs to back this up, this is the current annual household income you would list on the I-864. If he can get an employment verification letter from his employer, that's good to add along with the paystubs.
  3. This is correct - There is no "Blanket Waiver" for MMR as it is a one and done. The rest appear to have the proper waiver categories entered. Just submit a copy of the DS-3025 with your I-485 which will remind them you don't need to submit the I-693. Remember, the adjudicating officer will review your entire medical exam record that's in your A-File and it's up to their discretion if it meets the requirements. If not they will issue an RFE for you to get another exam and submit a completed I-693. Then at that time you go and get another one done. Don't stress it too much. There's nothing you can do until they make the decision. You never know with USCIS, so Jaycel and I have set aside $750 in case they don't accept her medical exam from the panel physician abroad and we have to do it again here. We have also mentally prepared that if they RFE us for it, we just play their game, give them what they want and be done with it.
  4. Congrats!!! Very happy for you guys!! And LOL of course it still says 13 months 😆
  5. Second this.... Now going through the AOS process, Jaycel and I wish we had got married in the Philippines and filed for the Spousal Visa instead of the K-1.
  6. I lived in the Philippines for a year before I filed the I-129F for Jaycel and I took the name of the section literally. "Physical Addresses" So I listed the 3 condos I rented in the Philippines for that year as well as my US addresses for the 5 year period. We were approved with no issue. Here's the instructions from the form:
  7. if that box is checked, then for immigration purposes your requirements are met and all you have to do is include a copy of that DS-3025 along with your I-485. Nothing else is needed.
  8. Ours went from 3 months before the biometrics to 40 months right after it and now back down to 6 months.... it's all BS. Lousy gov't system
  9. One other thing.... The "K-1 Visa" wasn't received. Your petition (I-129F) to USCIS to apply for a K-1 Visa for your fiancee was received by USCIS. I know it sounds like I'm splitting hairs here but in the immigration process, accuracy (especially with the terminology) is super important. Wish a speedy approval for you guys!
  10. Yes - You will be getting an I-797 - Notice of Action Receipt Notice (This is known as a NOA1 - When you get Approved you will get another I-797 - Notice of Action Approval Notice. This is known as a NOA2) Keep these notices in a safe place as you will need them later in the process. It is perfectly normal for this notice that comes in the mail to be very slow in coming. I have seen delays of 4-6 weeks in some cases. Nothing to worry about. If you have your receipt number that means the petition was received and is processing. Lots of waiting ahead for this process. If you want, you can check the status of your application by creating an account on my.uscis.gov and adding the receipt number to your account. Then you can log in and check if there's any status changes. Be prepared to see nothing other than "Case Was Received and a Receipt Notice Sent" as the status for a while.
  11. In most cases, USCIS processes petitions/applications by the rules and guidelines that were in place on the date that the form was filed
  12. No... That case decision will be made by USCIS. If the decision is an approval then USCIS will send the case over to NVC for the next phase.
  13. We put "K-1 Visa Holder" because we filed before the 90 day date because you can still be pending adjustment and a K-1 visa holder before the 90 days expires
  14. The IRS website offers different types of transcripts. USCIS requires that you send the "Tax Retuen Transcript". Check your copies and make sure that's what you sent them originally.
  15. Until the April 15, 2025 filing deadline for the 2024 ax year, the three most recent tax years are 2023. 2022 & 2021
  16. You will put both the I-485 and the I-765 applications in the same envelope and file them together. When you do this, your eligibility category for the I-765 will be c9. I would recommend paying by check and using separate checks for each form's fee payment. You cannot file it online if filing concurrently with the I-485.
  17. Jaycel's EAD estimate is 6 months and her AOS says 15 months and they are definitely de-coupled - No more "Concurrent Filing" tag with both applications grouped together in one box separated by a dotted line. Each application is in its own box on the portal now I FEEL this. LOL. 😆
  18. Mine was sent via Fed-Ex to the Tempe, AZ physical address and the proof of delivery said "Delivered to: Shipping/Receiving/Dock".
  19. When contacting the NVC, this email address will get you no information regarding your specific case. They will only give you generic information in response to emails sent to that address. If you want case specific help from NVC, you must use the online inquiry form here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html
  20. It really is not for the faint of heart. Jaycel and I started our Journey with the I-129F petition in September 2023 when I had to leave our life together in the Philippines and return to the US because my company decided to end remote work. She finally arrived 51 weeks later on August 30th, 2024 on her K-1 visa and we were able to finally say "i Do" in October. Now we begin this AOS journey but at least we can do it hand-in-hand, facing the challenges together. Congrats to everyone here making this journey. It's arduous but so worth every tear, every frustrated check of the case status, every bureaucratic hurdle once you are together! I hope 2025 is blessed and inspired for everyone
  21. Yes, if you were in an expedited group, once the case says "Ready" you are expected to schedule your own appointments (VAC and Embassy Interview) and medical exam
  22. @HeenaMUA here is the link to the NVC inquiry form: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html
  23. I would start with an email to the address here: Canada.Visas@gdit-gss.com
