  1. I’m just stuck on what to check off / fill out (if anything) on the provided coversheet. I’m just providing our I-130A form we forgot along with our I-130. Do I include that under ‘other’ as shown below or "Additional forms?"
  2. And yes WE FORGOT to submit the 130a form. At 56 and 43 y.o. with a toddler trust me is very easy to forget things. But we are doing the best we can. Thanks again for the answer. 3. The funny thing is NO ONE gave me the answer I am looking for. Should I add my father's personal infotmation to 130a form? He passed away 25 year ago. This group is not to go back to website but to get advice and answers. Sometimes the USCIS website doesn't have the answer
  4. I'm new on this app, how can I ask then when people would not see my questions? Is it against the website rules to create new threads??
  5. My father passed away in 2000, do I still need to put all his personal information on the 130a form?
  6. Letter doesn't say it
  7. Thank you for the answer. Do I need to submit it online too? Or only by mail?
  8. The option to be completed by a lawyer is available on the form, but we can also complete it ourselves, am I right?
  9. Yws we got another letter asking us to submit the 130a we forgot to submit. Not sure which option of the ones I listed on my post should we select now on the cover sheet letter
  10. We got RFE due forgetting the 130a (please don't judge us🥺) So we need to return the form with the cover sheet letter, the question: which item do we need to select? •A new G-28? •Additional forms? •Additional fees •Other? We also read that we must send it back to USCIS by mail, did you submited yours by mail as well? Thanks for your answers
  11. I'm beneficiary of CR1 visa and I have lived in many temporary apartments, even Airbnb over the last 5 years. Should I list every place on the 130a form? Can this look fishy? Thanks in advance for your answers
  12. Why is everyone telling me beneficiary does not have to sign it? (Beneficiary is abroad btw)
  13. So the U.S. citizen does not sign it either?
  14. God is on our side. Our case won't get denied and our young child is already a U.S. citizen, we are busy parents also in our 40s and 50s, trust me at those ages is easy to forget things sometimes. It happens to anybody
  15. Thank you for your reply. The reason of the RFE: We forgot to submit the I-130A form.
  16. What if I had some of those but over 20 years ago? Should I repeat them? My health is very delicate, I had a mini stroke 2 years ago and I have 6 invisible chronic illnesses (non-contagious), vaccines can make my illnesses worse. I can't and don't want a waiver I guess I have no many choices if I don't want them?
  17. Your reply is not full, which vaccines did you take for CR1 Visa?
  18. Can invisible chronic illnesses be a problem durimg medical examination. I'm CR1 beneficiary and I have 6 non-contagious invisible chronic illnesses. I wear a Continous Glucose Monitor sensor (Freestyle Libre) for recurrent low blood sugar (I'm not diabetic) and still trying to discover what causes my condition with my Endocrinologist abroad, and I requiere to eat snacks every 2 to 3 hours, or I feel faint, I read at the medical exam and embassy interview agents don't allow any food. So how can I do this without calling the attention so much or getting a denial? Would you hide so many illnesses?
  19. How long after you got the welcome letter, you had to pay the Fees? And are 3 or 2 fees? Affidavit of Support/Inmigtant fee/ and am I forgetting something? I have read people saying three fees, other people say we have to pay only two.
  20. Please mention the vaccines that are mandatory as September 2025, I am CR1-IR1 beneficiary I have probably 1 or 2 from my childhood records, but that was 43 years ago. Hope those are still valid?
  21. I'm abroad. Husband is U.S. citizen living in the U.S. We got a RFE few weeks ago and I'm the beneficiary of CR1-IR1 visa, I get confuse reading people saying they did not sign the I-130A form because they are living outside the U.S. butI also read the form saying if I don't sign it can result in a denial. Can you please what should we do? As we don't want to get denied after waiting over a year. Thank you
  22. I'm beneficiary of IR1- Cr1 Visa I'm unemployed, my health is delicate, and we have a 2 year old son. We're staying at my mother's house until my visa process is done and we'll be reunited again. Very painful. Anyway, my country is going through extreme hardship, factories closing down, extreme poverty, people not being able to afford basic things. My husband has a job but cam't always send my son and I money. Cause he's saving up for the trip and everyrhing that inmigration takes and he doesn't have a college degree. He makes enough to sponsor me but not a fortune. I'm a stay at home mom mainly because I have health limitations. Would getting goverment benefits in my country for my 2 and a half year old, affect my visa approval? We want more than anything to be together as a family so I don't want to get denied. Our child couldn't take not seeing his dad. Getting benefits involves going to a goverment agency in my country, getting registered, get food stamps along with the funds (very little) but still.
  23. I know but they should look into vaccine side effects and that some beneficiaries have chronic illnesses non compatible with vacciness specially the Covid one. Plus my husband got Covid having the vacciness 😐
