Yes...even I am curious...my spouse's passport needs to be renewed in Deceber. We are not hopeful that the DS5535 will not be processed before that.

Yes...my wife has a pending DS5535....we crossed into the US at a land border...while she was stopped for secondary questioning the office let her in after he was convinced that she was going to return...from this forum it seems that air travel is not so challenging as long as you have a return ticket...

Hi...we sent an email enquiry on May 29th, 2024 and received an reply today (June 14, 2024) stating that our case is still in administrative processing. My spouse interviewed with MTL consulate on March 15, 2024. Just sharing an update.

Hi..I am also planning to contact my congressman. My spouse interviewed in March 2024 and we were planning to wait for 6 months. When did you interview at MTL consulate. Also...am very interested in the outcome "pending review by a consular officer". Thanks and all the best.

I sent an email on May 29th and got the respones that I should use Visa Navigator. There are no updates to my case on CEAC.

Tried the visa navigator to contact montreal consulate...rather than directly emialing them?

Has anybody tried the Immigrant Visa Navigator? Also, is this information correct? If your case is undergoing Administrative Processing, please do not send any documentation until you receive an email from the Immigrant Visa Section at the U.S. Consulate General Montreal, unless otherwise specified. If your administrative processing has been pending more than six months, please contact us.

Hi...just some reassurance...if it helps..even my wife has a DS5535 pending anc crossed over to the US by car. She was pulled over for secondary questioning...but was only asked when she would be returning.

CL23....I checked daily for the first weeks and it has now dwindled to once a week...which will soon go down to once a moth I am sure...and then it will just be waiting for the e-mail...lol

Hi...glad to know that things are moving forward for you. My wife got her Public Health results in 5 days (that was in March, and she has a DS 5535). You might want to check with your healthcare provider if the report has arrived.

Choose “Travel History”. “Class of Admission” is the Visa type. I have that document. It is just that it is not current (it is June 2023, though it should be April 2024). How do I get the most recent one.

How do I check on the I-94. It does not give the category of the visa? When you check on I-94 website, the "View Compliance" tab does not give the most recent entry (it has June 2023, whereas it should be April 2024). Also the "View Travel History" does not give the type of visa.
