    How many times have you met in person? What was the purpose of the visit? If the intent was to marry and adjust status before US entry, it's considered fraud.

    Hopefully you filed for the employment authorization card and requested SS card. With that you can apply for dl or state ID. Until then you would have to use foreign passport.

    How many times did you meet before marriage? Was he in status or out of status when 130, 485 filed. Also you would be in touch with uscis not ice

    You would have to get a joint sponsor. It would be needed at the NVC stage if you go the spouse visa process.

    I think you need appointment for SSN office. Also my wife waited a week after arriving and the clerk couldn't verify her information in the save system. She tried a month after arriving and she was able to be helped. This was last fall as a data point.

    Sounds like you will have to start over again. K1 visa is only 1 entry until you get green card.

    Hope you didn't send the I485 form. You'll confuse uscis and won't get your money back.

    Are you filing under the 3 or 5 years rule? More than half of the the must be in the US and no absences over 6 months. Please complete your timelines.

    You'll want the employment authorization since it's needed for a SS card and to apply for a driver's license or state ID
