    @caler355 The timeline for green card holders filing for family members are longer than US citizens filing for family members. According to google search, it’s currently between 22 to 33 months for the I-130 to be approved.

    @BLCHow long was your husband in AP for? How long after the embassy received the document was his visa issued? My husband has been in AP at the London embassy for almost 2 months. We submitted the document( divorce decree) they requested and the embassy received it on November 24, and we haven’t had any updates since November 30.
