ashleyrenee7 got a reaction from Crazy Cat in HELP, issue with filing I-130 online!
Finally got it solved! It was just a case of adding a "1" into the first address box. Apparently the USCIS website does not like it if there aren't any numerals in an address. Wouldn't you know it, my husband's place of work just happens to likely be one of very few addresses that do not contain numerals, just our luck! 😂

Thanks for the input, and thanks to everyone else who commented on this thread with suggestions!

Thank you. Your response practically clarifies this issue.
Although the main question was asked in 2010, still is not outdated.
I personally filed a Vaccine Waiver in 2009 - I did NOT have any problem, therefore my petition WAS successful.
Secondly, vaccines should NOT an obligation. Period. It is a medical advice but not a controlling matter to make an individual subject of it. I have lived 31 years free of vaccines, since I was born, and it goes back to my parents and grandparents and so on.
For this reason the waiver exists and based on the reasons it may be applicable to your case, then please feel free to exercise your rights as well.
Yes, it was granted to me based on Religious grounds, along with three letters translated into English, certified and notarized. The letters were from people who are not from the same church but who have known me since I was born, stating that we practice a healthy lifestyle and though we do not reject medical advice, we chose the option of what is best to our health. Once was from my family's doctor as well.

Last month they approved her vaccination waiver due to religious belief and her greencard got approved!

The I-601 took about a year to get approved. We submitted the i-485 and i-601 together to the same location. No RFE either!!

All thanks to this VJ member soscolin who posted on here over 10 years ago. he recommended Alan Philips the vaccine lawyer.

I paid Alan $500 and he helped my wife to write a good letter and he also recommend that we get 3 support letters from people you know (family members or friends). Alan is a kind man and he spent so much time on us doign back and forth emails, inorder to strengthen my wife's letter.

I paid $900 for the I-601 too. So $1,400 total, WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY.

Hell, i would have spent tens of thousands if I had to, so my wife wouldnt have to take the vaccine. Her health is more important than money.

So all of those trolls or deniers who said "it would never get approved", you were all wrong.. People who believe in something will NEVER give up. Vaccine waivers do get approved, but people dont post on here, because we will get harassed...
