I receive from I_797C notice of action but I don't receive my access code to create my account Usci how much time I need to wait to receive this code or I have something to do for that . Thank you

No I ask what documents I need for her I130 it's the some like me (passport . birth certificate and picture passport..) or something's other

Hello I started the i130 visa process with my American wife, but I have a daughter from my deceased wife who is thirteen years old. My question is, is it better for me to go to America and then submit a new  Application for my daughter, or we  do the 2 application in the some time now in the i130, and does it take more time to have visa . She would need her own petition regardless of her age.  Why isn't the petitioner asking these questions.  She'll be the one filing both these petitions.

Ok i will explain more i live in tunisia with my daughter and my ex wife is dead before 10 years then i have autorisation to take my daughter with me but  i just want to know if i need other visa for her or we can do that with the some one for me

It is not fast, or cheap.    It will take several years, and you will have to provide a lot of evidence in terms of ‘in-person’ meetings, because Tunisia is a high fraud/high risk country.   Good luck.
