  1. We have movement for F2B for April Bulletin. Final Action Date moved to: May 22, 2017 Filing Action Date moved to: August 8th, 2017 I am finally current! Hopefully good news for others as well!
  2. PD is end of Dec 2016. I am doing AOS through 245i. I also have DACA.
  3. March Bulletin is out and no movement. I received a request for updated medical, so at least I'll get that out of the way.
  4. Honestly, I expected no movement until early next year, so I was pleasantly surprised. I am late December 2016 so I am getting closer.
  5. November Bulletin is out and more movement! Final Action Date - Dec 1st, 2016 Dates for Filing - March 8, 2017
  6. Oct Bulletin is out, and F2B final action date moved to November 22nd, 2016. F1 is also catching up with a final action date of November 8th, 2016.
  7. Yea, I doubt we'll have much movement until the new fiscal year, but maybe they'll surprise us.
  8. Visa statistics are out for 2024 for those interested: Table VI_PartI.pdf
  9. Also to keep in mind is you may be current in F2B, but not current in F1, so then switching would likely be less helpful.
  10. July Bulletin is out with more movement. F2B final action date is Oct. 15 2016 (so slightly less than a month forward). No change to filing action date.
  11. Yes, it is definitely hard to tell what is going on. Different embassies prioritize different things, and then there's the randomness/luck aspect as well. That's an interesting real-life example. By the way, what is the 60 day email you reference?
  12. It's crazy that they still haven't moved the filing action date. There's only about 3.5 months between filing action and final action date.
  13. Yes, for some it may make sense to switch categories. You may be able to file sooner if you do switch to F1, but if you will get approved sooner is the unanswerable question.
  14. Finally, some more movement and that's awesome you are now current! Definitely keep us update and hopefully you have your interview soon. I wonder why they haven't moved the filing action date yet. There's only ~ 5 1/2 months between filing date and final action date now.
